I stop here all the time, great place to get a cold drink and a clean bathroom

Its a good place to wash your car and fuel up, the spot its in makes it convenient for me, but FFS can you guys remove those speakers at the pump? Its THE WORST. The mute buttons are so often pressed they are actually broken on most of the pumps. That ought to tell you something.

Car wash wrecked my rental car I had to pay out of pocket greedy $2 Billion dollar corporation couldn’t even give me $500 to fix the damage their malfunctioning car wash did to our OEM rental. I would understand if it was aftermarket body kits, removable antennas, or any other items that aren’t built by the actual car manufacturer but being a rental car and that it was totally Giant’s car wash malfunctioning, corporation wouldn’t take any blame or reimburse for any damage done. I would never go there again I handed in my Giant rewards tag even when I washed my corvette over ten times and they promise free car washes after five I never got a single one!!! They are the worst car wash I have ever been to since they still leave soap scum after wash is complete and lie about the free car washes. They should start taking responsibility for their own actions! Corporation told me since there is a sign posted saying they aren’t liable for any damage to any personal vehicle they don’t owe me a dime and I use to be a faithful customer for three years! But never again horrible customer service I would say! It is like owning a dog and putting in your front yard saying if my dog bites you I am not liable for any medical bills and you can’t sue me!!! They are just so unreasonable and ridiculous! I know proudly go to Circle K across the street! By the way I always see their car wash at Giant having maintenance done so they must know that it damages many vehicles and does the worst jobs cleaning cars for being overpriced as well! I now go to Kleen Freak as well. Thank you Giant for disappointing me so much, I make sure no one I know uses Giant anymore! I mean $500 is nothing to them when I use to always get gas and items and spend more than that every month but for them to not take responsibility turns me off! Poor business practice!!!!

Very Bad Service, people are sarcastic with the customer, and in the restrooms there are roaches and ants, the caunters are so dirty, in the gas fill Station theres never clean soap to clean your windows and the sguegies are broken, do something or close the store.

Dude don’t get horchata here. it’s super questionable and honestly taste like chemicals. try it and tell me i’m wrong. any place that fails at horchata is bad in my book. go to the one off pacific if you want good service and good horchata
