Great experience! I blew high pressure oil line on my 7.3 ford and got towed to the shop and Dave got me in and fixed Quik and pressure washing engine and under the truck! He got me on my way home fixed right and Running Great and for less than another shop would have been able to do ! Thanks for the quality service 😀

We had the alternator replaced on our diesel motorcoach. He also did some work on slide-out. He trouble shot for us but not being a rv repair shop was unable to fix that. Dave made it right

Picked up my 2016 F350 after having a Titan 60 gallon fuel tank installed to replace the factory 26 gallon tank, and having airbags installed on the rear-end. I had the pleasure of dealing with Dave the owner. The job ended up being bigger than he had thought due to the Reese 5th wheel mount, but he put in a lot of extra hours working late into the night to get it done. I was very impressed that he stood by his quote when I picked it up. In this day and age, it is hard to find someone with integrity and who takes pride in his work. We broke down in Yuma on 12/21/20, after driving 4 days from TX. We had been using 1 qt oil every 40 miles & the oil lost was clogging the filter. By Yuma, the engine would go no more. Dave was nice enough to come out & send a tow truck for us. We were stranded 30 hrs in his parking lot. He ran diagnostics & worked on several other vehicles. The next day, he removed the problem filter, but did not resolve the oil leak at all. He charged us $3000+. On the way to Orange County, we continued to lose 1 qt oil per 50 miles. In Orange C. Sprinter place found dry leaky hoses & crimped hose. Replaced & charged $900 for parts & 4 days labor.

We had a bad knock in our 2005 Dodge Cummins Diesel Dually 3500. Dave Acosta was recommended by several shops around Yuma, and we called him up. He had the truck towed to his shop, diagnosed the problem, and then got to work fixing it. It was a fairly serious problem, but Dave tore it down and got the problem fixed. He had us drive it for 500 miles as a break-in, then re-checked the engine and did the final adjustments. Now, several thousand miles later, it is still running like a dream. Dave had my truck for a couple of days and took care of my concerns and even delivered it back to me when he was done. His prices are great. He does not take advantage of you when he diagnoses your problem.

Had a problem with the fuel sending unit and Dave jumped right on the problem. He had to overnight the part but got it done in a timely manner and he did not over charge because of extra labor to get the tank down.

I ordered a Titan fuel tank from Dave to replace my stock F-250 tank in preparation for a move to Texas. Dave got it ordered right away and immediately communicated that the tank was on back order. Unfortunately the tank did not make it in before I had to move but this was no fault of Daves. He constantly pushed me updates and when we realized the timing wasn’t going to work he cancelled the order and refunded me for the tank. Dave was very professional throughout the whole process. If I am ever back in Yuma and need a good Diesel Mech, Diesel Performance Specialists will be the first place I call!

Dave was amazing, and enjoys what he does. I had an intercooler boot work loose after some spotty dealership work, I called Dave, driving down I-8, he helped me diagnose it and was waiting for me to show up at his shop (after hours), had me fixed up and on the road. Saved our trip! Amazing shop!

Dave the owner is a true man of his word. Really stands behind his work. Takes pride in his task at hand and not just trying to get in your pocket. He really looks out for the customer.

I had my 93 dodge Cummins there to fix some stripped bolts on my injection pump and I don’t think my truck has ever ran so smooth once they were finished. Highly recommend this shop just make sure to speak with Dave.

This guy is a scam over priced the parts he sold a egr valve from peterbilt was 2,050.00Dlls sold it to me for 3,000 dlls when confronted the guy blamed the dealer worker by saying the guy did not liked him after all never coming back paid like a 8,000 dlls for a bill that should of been by the most $5,000.00Dlls plus hes only a car diesel not tractor diesel

Had trouble with my 97 F-250 7.3 and I had to get it fixed ASAP. It was sputtering and running like garbage and I didnt have time to fix it myself. Figure I give these guys a call and they told me to bring it in. I told them to call me when they figured out the problem. They only had it for a few hours and told me it was just a fuel filter. I felt stupid but I got her back running perfect again. Hardly charged me anything for it and Dave was awesome. I will definitely be a return customer!

Worst customer service ever. They charge a ton of money for not fixing anything. Would give a zero rating if it was available.

If you want a company that can’t even complete the “job” they told you they would do... this is the place to go!!! On top of that, the owner was extremely rude who didn’t even care enough to assist me because he was “on a vacation” and has workers who lie about the work they do and are uneducated on the simplest of tasks.. very disappointed and will not be doing business with them again!

Horrible service, I don’t think they know what they are doing. Way over priced and just a bad experience. Ended up taking truck back to the dealer in Vegas to have fixed correctly.

My grandparents sent their RV here before coming home to Washington. Nothing but problems, poor service, horrible workmanship. Same problems and the shop in Seattle says some of the work billedwas never done.

The most unreliable over charging shop in Town!! These guys lie about the work they do and charge you double. Brought my truck in for an oil change and when I picked it up they only had filled it half way...and they didnt put the cap on correctly and oil got all over my engine!! Luckily i live close by so it didnt blow my engine.Owner extremely rude and tells his workers to lie to customers about work done. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE!!

Horrible service, they dont fix anything and they charge more for doing nothing. Dont think they know what they are doing. Not good for service trucks with diesel.
