Every time I come here I need to keep my eyes on my tray. If I look away even for a second then I am greeted to a shakers worth of pepper on my tray/plate. Decent omelettes though. πŸ˜šπŸ‘Œ

The chowhall has been one of the cleanest buildings I have been in even though it is one of the oldest buildings on base. The service is great. And the portion to food cost is on point, to further add you could also get seconds!.

I don’t know how to word this professionally. But this is the worst chow hall in the DOD I’ve been to. It’s equivalent to the chow hall on camp Wilson. Your hours are wrong on your website. Your staff is just lazy. Also you ration us like crazy. I have to attempt getting thirds just to get full. I know you all make enough money to give out more.

How many variations of chicken and potatoes are there? Being forced to eat at this location has provided us the answer. Your imagination is the only bounds. Concerning the salad bar, the produce has been in storage for what seems to be upwards of weeks?? Months?? Indiscernable. Quality of food reaches that of only sustinance.Pros:- Within walking distance of barracks- Relatively inexpensive- Consistent- Occasional special events with one time new dishesCons:- Flavor is rarely satisfying for anything served- Mundane dishes/ plain Jane- Breakfast burritos are a mystery box. However, will always leak chicken milk on you- Mongolian Fridays were outlawed to the dismay of clientele, with no explanation (was a fan favorite)- Mulltiple variations of what are essentially the same dishesAs is tradition we will summarize with a haiku,Dried chicken sucks badIt makes us feel very sadWhere else can I eat?

The Sodexo employees are very friendly and have good service however the marines (lower ranked) are rude and need better supervision. They stand around and laugh/gossip about people in the chow hall and their cooking is beyond horrible, tasteless, sloppy, just over all bad. Fast chow has good chicken sandwiches and fresh burgers, and the salad bar is always reliable. The fusion line is always hit or miss. Everything else is no bueno.

We came here for a specialty meal, and we werent unimpressed! Decent galley food for the price; dont expect Gordon Ramsays but its steps above your typical fast food place. I suggest arriving early as it fills up fast. Soon theyll tear it down to make a new chow hall.

I eat at the chow hall every day for lunch. The food is beyond fit for human consumption. My only complaint is that the facility is only bog enough for the number of marines stationed on MCAS yuma. The facility is to small to accommodate WTI. This is not the chow halls fault however so I cannot dock them a star for that.

The staff were friendly, but the food was terrible. Perhaps I caught it on a bad day, but yea.....chicken was dry, potatoes were dry, the food line was nearly empty and not refilled until prompted by me asking for mashed potatoes, and the brownies were extremely dry as well.

Raw chicken. The country fried steak is a hamburger patty fried. The chicken parmesan is a chicken patty with a slice of cheese on top.And sometimes their breadsticks are toasted hot buns with butter.Other than that, its pretty good.

Honestly the breakfast sucks the only good thing iare the omelets or the scrambled eggs that they prepare in front of us other than that everything sucks, the dinner and launche suck as well, I got potatoes today they was awful, and they dont cottage cheese neither as the past chow hall Ive been at, the food so bad hpnestly hopefully they do better someday

So many problems. It probably all stems from WTI but that doesnt change the issues they have.
