Everything has been excellent since i got my hearing aids with burt and now with Jen and Angie. And Brians all amazing. I love my hearing aids

Jennifer has been absolutely wonderful with my 82 yr. old mom. My mom really appreciates the personal caring and concern that Jennifer and all of the staff have shown her. Mom got her hearing aids in October 2019,. This is the first time mom has worn hearing aids, and she had some apprehension about getting them on and off every day, and how they might feel in her ears. Jennifer took things slow and helped mom feel confident in wearing her hearing aids, and working with the controls. Really couldnt ask for a better, more caring professional consultant and support team. Id recommend Miracle Ear in Yuma to everyone.

The staff here are great, and they take such good care of my mom each visit. Shes had so many sets of hearing aids over the years but none as good as Miracle ears. You feel so welcome here we love it, these ladies are wonderful

My husband has been wearing Miracle Ear hearing aids for several years and had continued to have problems hearing which has been terribly frustrating. Every time he would go in he would complain and the guy would tweek them and send him on his way. Of course sitting in the office is not a true test to tell how the hearing aids are performing. This has been going on ever since he got them. Now to the reason I gave this office 5 stars. Finally they have someone who actually knows what she is doing. Christina Patrick was not happy hearing about the frustration we have been going through and assured him the problem would be taken care of. First of all she completely rebuilt his hearing aids with new, improved parts. However, upon examining his ears she found that both ears had heavy earwax buildup and put off testing until his ears are cleaned out. He can already tell a difference so were really going forward to his next visit.

I have had three different brands of hearing aids and miracle ear works best, I bought mine in another state, I winter in Yuma and needed service, they took care of it, no paperwork or charge
