Purchased several specialty hoses. All of the hoses were defected. Absolutely, no customer service from Richard the owner or Amelio the store manager. They refused to replace the defected hoses. Very poor customer service. They prefer to blame the customer for the defects in the workmanship of their products. Do not recommend. Go some where else.I attempted to get resolve on multiple occassions however to no avail. Extremely poor business practices. Very deceptive. Do not shop there.
