Drove 20 mi to get there, thats$10 in diesel fuel, because it say closes at 5pm on internet.Then it say out to lunch on the gate, and no one in office either.What a way to run a business.Never is when I will be back!
Horrible service. Can never reach a person even during their posted business hours. It takes an act of congress to get your residential tank filled. Absolutely the worst place to do business in Yuma for residential propane.
Ferrel gas is the most helpful company I have experienced. They go beyond what their job is. So very happy we switched to them. Both driver and receptionists is very friendly and really cares for their customers.
Id give neg one if possible. They stop pumping propane for rvs at 3pm not 5pm. Two people were un office. One appeared to be mngr but no apologies or offer to pump. Aaarrgghh
