Friendly and courteous. Needed to extend rental a day and had no issues. Equipment operated with no issues.

Rented a pressure washer on today. The tires on the pressure washer needed air in order for the washer to roll effectively from place to place. We expressed concern to the person at the counter, who assured us the tires didn’t need air... however, the tires upon checking at a tire shop were considerably lower than they should’ve been. We didn’t receive all the parts to be able to run the machine effectively. We had to go to Home Depot to get a “quick connect” to add to the end of the hose to connect to the pressure washer. Horrid service. Will NOT be returning after we return the pressure washer on tomorrow.

I’ve been renting their sump pumps for years and have always been satisfied with their equipment and service.

I rent from multiple AAAs and this one is by far the worst. I rented an auger which was spewing oil and gas and also would not even go full throttle. When I called to tell them about it they didnt answer. I brought it back a day late due to having to dig all the holes by hand. When I brought it back I told him about it, he didnt say a word and just charged my card. Poor customer service.

Roy is one of the nicest guys thats helped me out at a AAA. These folks dont get enough credit online! Wish I had a AAA in St. Francisville, LA. Thanks!
