Needed tow rope and they had it. Store has been very clean every time Ive been there. Extremely happy they had the correct rope I needed as well.

For the first time I’ve gone into Auto Zone, I got prompt service. Usually there is a long wait & most of the employees don’t seem to know a whole lot. Maybe they have new management that will run a more efficient store.

I went to get my check engine light looked at. The lady with long beautiful hair plugged it up and within seconds was done. She walked me back inside and gave me the printout and the rundown on my car. Great customer service.

Very good service

The difference in customer service between Zachary location of AutoZone and the baker location in AutoZone is astounding. I just recently bought a battery at the Baker location and it was unbelievable how they rushed me and how lacking their customer service skills were. Its not like they were taking any phone calls. They would answer the phone put the person on hold and the whole time I was there I never saw him go back to the customers. Not a good experience at all for a customer that had to spend $168. I dont know, I guess its just work ethic differences.

This place is a comple waste of good retail space!! You cannot buy something if you want it. Phone ringing off hook, 3 people waiting on one staring at computer to see if you will go away. Well I did! Get some decent help or close!
