Of course, selections are definitely available to satisfy one of the most important painting decisions virtually anyone needs to discern. *The Sherwin Williams color match app was neither available in the store nor via my cellular. Why, you may wonder...*Well, there is a metal configuration overhead that causes the wireless signal to be quite obstinate when seeking delivery to a wireless device, therefore, downloads are a challenge.*Well, there is not a store computer which offers the app or opportunity to color match in-store. *How can Sherwin Williams offer an app that is not utilized in-store?*Is Sherwin Williams trying to increase their numbers / statistics by having customers & potential customers download the app upon exiting their facility?>>Recommendation: Install 1 or 2 kiosks with the app.

If Zach isn’t working l, don’t waste your time going to this store!!!!I visited this store twice. The first experience was superb. The guy’s name was Zach. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. The second visit was HORRIBLE! There were two women working there... an older lady and a younger lady. Either the two of them know nothing about paint or they just didn’t want to be bothered. They couldn’t answer any of the questions I asked them about the paint I wanted to purchase. They literally told me “I don’t know” when I asked about paint quality! How can you sell paint when you know nothing about it? When the older lady couldn’t answer my question about 400 paint, I asked the younger lady and she flat out told me she didn’t know. Really!? Meanwhile, another customer walked into the store returning paint he has already purchased and he was upset because the older lady mixed his paint wrong. Instead of her trying to fix this man’s problem she proceeded to asking the customer a million questions like the problem was his fault. The customer was a Spanish speaker and appeared to be so upset by the employee’s response to him that he just left the store. The younger employee commented “oh well he’s gone” as if that were a good thing. I immediately left after that and decided to spend my money elsewhere. I’m NEVER going back to this store again.

Zach was extremely helpful in helping us correct a tinted paint we mistakenly purchased the previous day from the same location. (He prompted us to correct the paint rather than purchase another gallon when he could have easily made another sale). Additionally, the other employees were very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us with making decisions regarding color, finish, and supplies needed to paint our nursery. We tried some Behr samples from Home Depot and weren’t too impressed. This paint is much higher quality and the staff is completely equipped to help you with all your questions. I’ll gladly give my business to Sherwin Williams in the future.

This store is such a joke. Ever since Connor left it has been a disaster. Went today to get paint that Ive bought many times. The lady looks it up on my profile and then ask are you sure it was this store? I walked out, wont be doing anymore business there.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They helped us pick the color and the correct finish for the paint in our sons nursery. Wish we had gone here first instead of wasting time at stores that dont specialize in paint.

The young lady that helped me was extremely knowledgeable and very kind. She was a pleasure. She helped me get what I needed for my project and could not have been more kind.

If you need paint dont go to the big stores where you can hardly get help and prices are high, here you can find all what you need, you will be assisted in every step and the prices are way better. I love this store, staff is truly friendly, skilled and helpful.
