They sent me a new, functional one promptly...Now listen to this: 3 days ago (months later) I received 2, TWO, new Battery Tender Jr`s. in a box from the ? 29 year-old owner, Ethan Curry!!!?? And I was totally satisfied by my generous treatment already!!!!You all tell Ethan that it 1) wasn`t necessary, 2)that I wish him all of God`s help for success, although I suspect any business he is associated with is or will be thriving, and 3) that I will donate another $60 to a charitable cause this year because of his exemplary treatment. Came in looking for a specific battery for my grandma’s digital scale. A CR2032. Never even heard of it let alone knew what it looked like. I was immediately greeted when I entered the store and asked what I was looking for. I had my two batteries purchased and was back in my car in less than 2 minutes. Now that is service done right!

It is close by and I can go in and get what I need. No waiting for delivery.

I had them replace a battery in my Golf Range finder. They called me to come and pick it up that it was ready. When I stopped to pick it up they handed me a BRAND NEW one that was far superior to the one they broke while trying to replace my battery. When I ask them how much did I owe them they told me $30.00 which was going to be the cost to replace my worn out battery. I said NO WAY I OWE you much more because the one they replaced mine with was far superior to my old one that was over 6 years old. They said that was their policy.I could not recommend them any higher for their quality,service and their moral ethics of doing business. It maybe OLD SCHOOL but I can assure you if I or anyone is ever in need of a battery I will highly RECOMMEND BATTERIES UNLIMITED.
