Initial work to install windows and a rubber roof was well done. Problems afterward revealed the worst customer service Ive encountered. It took over 2 years to get a window fixed that they acknowledged as a problem right away. Calls got no response. The only way to get a response was to show up in person and cause a scene. Roof leak where rubber roof meets the carport roof was never satifactorly resolved.

Extremely happy with this company. We had our older manufactured home resided. The installers treated our home like it was their own. Very professional, efficient, and courteous.

Great people to deal with!

These guys are in the business of getting over on people. I bought aluminum soffit from them. They didn’t have everything on hand to initially fill my order. They never called me once they did have the rest. When I went back to pick up the rest of what I already paid for they tried to short me on material. Once the job was all said and done with they wouldn’t refund me back the full amount of what was left over even though they agreed to when I initially purchased everything... they are a bunch of thieves. You’re much better off shopping somewhere else.

This company was always in my Park last year and was recommended to me. We called for an estimate about 1 month ago & Paul came out promptly and gave us an estimate. We called back the same day & told him wed like to hire him and could he stop back. 2 calls and and nearly a month later have seen nobody. I guess with the housing industry booming they no longer have time for smaller jobs.

I have never experienced worse customer service in my life. It has been about 2 months trying to get response, get someone to come to the site..which finally did happen after a multitude of calls..now its been over a month and I have called 4-5 times to ask WHAT the estimate is for the project and they cant be bothered to answer. SO..I cant be bothered to give them several thousand dollars for my screen room, which I was willing to do. I know there are not too many places nearby to choose from, but I wont be choosing them

I dealt with Mark from Sun State for addition of windows to an existing screen room on my weekend house. He was a great guy to deal with and Sun State did everything for me from obtaining the permit to getting the final inspection scheduled. I can not say enough good things about Mark or the company! I called two months ago to get a price on a small job, and was told they would stop when they had time. I called the week before Christmas and was told Tim would call me back and come out that afternoon. I called three days ago and was told they would give Tim my information when he came back in. Well I guess Tim never came back in, yep your right he didnt call. I was in business for 38 years and always went and did the small, other wise they wont call me when they had a big job. Must be Tim doesnt think this way!!!!

We called a month regarding a possible roof leak. My husband spoke to a lady who indicated she would have someone call us back. Nobody ever called back! Very poor customer service.
