A great store with awesome honest people. We got all we needed, but I left my phone in the bathroom🙄!!!! Employee Melissa came to my rescue and held it till we got back. Thank you so much for your kindness and honesty. This store is far from my home, but Ill be making the drive more often. Thank you again Melissa, you are great.

I am a contractor and shop at home depot on the daily. They always have what I need to get the job done, my go to for anything I need.

I buy different things there, they have a small almost like a flood light that is very bright and you can hang, or it has a magnet on the bottom of it you can sit it on metal its very good to take with you in case you need a bright light when you go camping bring it in your car to keep in your car in case something happens and you need a light its battery operated so it very handy, Im going to buy some for Christmas presents.

Most of my visits to this store were awesome. I could spend hours at this store. Online customer service followed up on my case every week via phone, till the case was closed.

Order landscaping pavers on line ready to pick up within one hour! Order mulch from Lowe’s and went up after 4 hours and still not ready! I picked up 100 pavers and Jacobi was Awesome it was Very hot and he loaded all the pavers in my Ravi 4 quickly and was so friendly as he was loading!!! Great experience being new to area I know I will be coming to Home Depot because of the great service I received!!!!

The proverbial, I got my screws, wood, drill, tape measure, pencil, hammer and ..... finishing nails?, I had it right h.... re.... nails!? NAILS!??? we got a runner! So off to the corner HD to get a box of finishing nails and come home, with a Shrubbery (note the tone of Monty Python), potting soil and shaker can primer.Oh yeah, forgot the nails - so back again.... stupid shiny stuff.

Sales personal are not very polite or trained in products offered for sale.If your a veteran and want a discount you must first register online.

My husband and I came in on 10/17/2021. My husband is a veteran and the woman working the self checkout would not let my husband use his military card. The woman was rude. My husband is a veteran!! We will not come back to this Home Depot. Do better for you vets!!

I worked with Christine in flooring and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. Given our current times it was NOT easy finding everything we wanted in stock. She took the time and we went item by item to find our diamond in the rough! She also took the time to walk to the front of the store so that my daughters twin brother could get a take home wooden car kit. Above and beyond customer service! Thank you Christine!!

We come today to see some stuff to renovate or kitchen and both of the employees in charge of kitchen counter tops etc. were very attentive and kind. They ask us if we need help with anything and explaining to us what we need to now about their service and how it works. I really appreciate when I come to a store and they become kind, very respectfully and gladly help get what we need or answering our question. Thank you so much keep doing it like that!

Used to be a good store but one day a bought a bag of cement and and a cement dye. At the cashier, I was ask for my ID! For what? For a bag of cement and coloring? I feel like I was profiled. Unbelievable!

This Home Depot used to be great. We had our kitchen and baths remodeled through them and new flooring. Everything went perfect a couple of years ago. But now I had 2 doors installed. One front entry and one glass sliding for the patio. First off the patio was delivered with out the screen and the correct door handles. They said back ordered. That was a month ago, when I called to do a check up, they said it will be another month. Secondly, the installer, destroyed the onside door molding, destroyed our concrete patio, and broke the transition strip for the wood floors. They sent someone out to look at it and he said we would have to fix it ourselves. They offered a 600 refund. Its not about the money, when you pay someone, you want it done right. On the front entrance door, they did do a decent job, but didnt fill the screw holes on the frame and installed some generic molding we didnt order. We paid for upgraded molding. I have since opened a case and called 3 times and am promised someone will call me within 48 hours. Its now been 2 weeks. So be prepared, if youre going to use them, you will be working to fix stuff. I guess theyre big enough they dont care if someone gets screwed over.

Unlike the Big Blue Box I was greeted within seconds of entering by a Department Supervisor who confirmed the one area I knew and offered to escort me to the one I didnt. Check-out was also a breeze with Brittany. Very friendly helpful staff. Quick in and out experience. Only complaint is the HandiShopper mart-carts are rarely charged enough. Good thing they have about 12 of them. Lowes has 3. Proving still why Lowes will always be #2.

Good customer service. Good selection except no fennel seeds. Prices range from fair to high but RURAL KING does not have electric cars for up disabled people so I am stuck paying for it..

•Store has decent prices.•Mostly great staff•The organization is lacking due to the amount of items being placed back on the shelf in the wrong location and the employees cannot always keep up. Which is completely understandable when there is that much inventory it does take time.

They had the exact lawn mower that I was looking for and Im very pleased with the clean location and easy parking.

They have everything you need and things that you dont. Excellent home store.

Their veterans are only important select days. Lowes appreciates them everyday. Ill go back to Lowes from here on out.

Couldnt find anyone to help me took 10 minutes to get person to lighting. But once a person came he was very helpful got everything I needed.

Very nice store, employees where eager to help and ask if we needed anything. The tool rental area was very busy, only one guy working, but he made sure each one of us were taken care of. He was very knowledgeable. We definitely will go back

Easy in and out with store well stocked and organized.

I ordered a new washer and dryer-and paid for delivery and installation. Unfortunately the delivery experience was not as expected but the manager Steve from this store handled the entire situation from beginning to end with great customer service and I am now a happy customer. Thanks again for fixing the problem. I will always continue to shop here when the customer service is Phenomenal.

Not one of my better experiences at Home Depot. Rude and impatient staff member in hardware.Its okay to not know the answer to a question. Its okay to say you dont know the answer to the question. Its pretty rude to act like its an imposition to answer a question, in a department and store where you work, then raise your voice, speak in a disgusted tone, and give a God awful look because you dont know the answer.I likely wont go back to that particular Home Depot.

Only suggestion is I wish they accepted Google Pay/ Apple Pay...most places do now, so it was inconvenient to learn they dont. Sadly it cost them a sale yesterday as I only had my phone and not my physical card. I didnt have time to make a trip back. Cashier was super nice and did offer to hold my stuff...but since I was in a hurry, it just wasnt an option.

At least 4 associates walked passed me and did not offer to help. When I did get someone he was very grumpy. After 15 minutes of him checking a price. I just left and bought it from another store (not a home depot). This home depot has issues.

Great beutiful plants. Went in for assistance and waited 20 minutes with store full of employees. Chris waited on us and wouldnt even show us how hard one of the tower fans blew air. Said batteries were old but didnt check I told him there was none in there he said someone stole them so basically we left with no fan.

I really enjoy Home Depot. I have a gift to make people laugh and do it as much as I can. Home Depot has all the right stuff. It also has lots of different people in the store, to share a funny or two. The store I go to is in Zephyrhills, FL. I try to make as many people feel better just for a little while. Its a gift I have and one that I enjoy sharing. Ive been very successful at making many people feel better at the home Depot here. Is really incredible! A kind employee of the Zephyhills store help us and made an order and charged us for the merchandise that day. Was supposed to be at that store last Tuesday. When I call today, June 22, 2021, the system said had a small delay. When I spoke with a representative she said my items are out of stock and dont expect them anymore. No one call or text me. If I dont call, they could still having our money in their billionarie account getting interest.

I’m at Home Depot 5-10 times a week and I typically get in get my materials and get back to work. This week I had the unique displeasure of stopping into the zephyr hills store to rent a paint sprayer as I have numerous times before. This is the worst rental department I’ve ever encountered at a Home Depot. Not only was Heidi the attendant incredibly rude, but the equipment broke halfway through the job and we had to complete the job by hand. When Heidi was informed of this she simply processed the full day rental payment with the card on file and told us to take it up with management. If that’s not already bad enough once it was taken up with management the assistant manager was equally rude and went as far as to act like I was lying to her about their shotty equipment. Bad! So so bad

I really wish Home Depot would get it together. The more associates you ask the same question the more answers you get. Over and hour to pick up a bag of #57 Rock. Online says they have it but couldnt be in Landscaping. They send me to Lumber. Manager says Online must be wrong (clueless). Luckily I look around anyway & notice it outside back (opposite corner) of building only because the door was open. Gentleman on forktruck tells me go up front to pay. Takes 4other guys to ring up correct item then load me... Please Hire a Kindergarten teacher. They are way more organized. Your Customers time & money 💰 are very valuable. This is why I try to go to Lowes when its not too much further out of the way. Plus Lowes honors ALL MILITARY all the time

George D. in the plumbing dept. Well hes nothing short of Lovely. Not only was he kind and knowledgeable he gave me the confidence to slay my problem. He took his time explaining the cause and solution to my issue. George is a Wonderful member of the Home Depot team.

I had looked online for a special item. Online said they had it in the store for pickup. When I got there could not find the item anywhere spoke with three employment all three of them sent me on a wild-goose chase. From one end of their warehouse to the other only to find out the store did not carry the product I was looking for very disappointed I am disabled and it was extremely hard for me to go completely through this Warehouse. I will never be back to the store there are other choices. Employees need to get their act together

I have been to this location at least 15 times in two weeks. I have just bought a house near this store. Just wanted to say every time has been very pleasant. Everyone is very helpful. This is a breath of fresh air to shop hear. Thank you for the amazing service !

This particular location has a good layout is right next to a Publix, and is super easy to get in and out of. They seem to have most things in stock, and the staff is super friendly. They do have restrooms that are available for public use, and they have a super helpful paint department. Definitely one of the better locations.

There were lots of choices and they very helpful

Every employee seemed great bit the store is fairly warm, and there is no air flow. They also need more employees and cashiers.The combination of the shortness of staff in addition to the lack of airflow made my experience less than great.

I walked up to 9 people and was told not my departure and they kept pointing fingers at other employees and kept saying not ky department. Doesn’t seem to want to help anyone until i found owen and he didn’t leave my side until i was taken cate of. Great guy

Clean, well layed out retail store

We sat around for about a half hour and not a single person asked us if we needed help, we approached a guy at the cashier who is standing there appearing to do nothing. We asked him if he could help us and he denied us help. We stood around another 20 minutes and saw him walking down the aisle and asked again if he could please help us he did but with hesitation. Then with about 200 pounds of of Material we stood at the cashier and the same guy was just standing there talking to somebody not necessarily doing anything so I said could you help us please? he got very belligerent with me it was needless to say very negative experience, when I explain that we have been waiting around for hours looking for someone to help, he was very hostile and walked away from us leaving us there dumbfounded, I have a lot of projects in store around here but I will not go back there, I spent a lot of money today and was treated with the most disrespect I’ve ever been treated in any store

For Home Depot their stock in electrical was poor. No standard type Breakers or Slimline Breakers or outdoor load centers. This is all standard stuff had to take my business to Lowes

Sadly they cannot enforce mask so knowing friends that died we did not feel comfortable shopping. I feel Home Depot has neglected the safety of shoppers by not having someone at the entrance reminding shoppers the safety protocol of the county and offering a free mask.We dont expect the staff to police but perhaps some people just forgot the mask at home.This is why 3 starsHome Depot failed to care for us at high risk!

Best place to get all things for your home

Marilyn and Denise in appliances are AMAZING!!!!! The first day we went looking, Marilyn (I’m so sorry If I’m not spelling it correct) was so knowledgeable about the machines and which kind would be best based on the type of laundry and frequency I do loads! She was so nice and stayed with us the whole time even though we weren’t 100% sure what we were even looking for. A couple days later I decided on what I wanted based off the app and we needed to split the payment up for the appliances we were purchasing so we had to physically go in the store to buy them. My mom called and spoke with Denise and she told her that was no problem she could do the order easily and have it all set up for us. So we went the next day and she got our order all ready and we were able to pay the way we wanted. She was so friendly and had an actual conversation with us, not just trying to upsell anything, which is nice when you’re already spending almost $4000 lol. So thank you so so much Marilyn and Denise!! You two are the reasons we bought from here instead of up north where we are moving!! Thanks again!

Easily found plumbing fixtures we were looking for.

Help was readily available To find items in this new store to me. Greeted by friendly staff and thanked by staff on my way out the door.

Last time i waste my time with home depot. stopped in to buy a riding lawnmower they had out front and was told it was not running. even though the mower was clearly tagged and out for sale. this is the second home depot i stopped at to buy a mower I had told assistant store mgr Barcelona. whom i questioned why they would display a broken unavailable mower. a little customer service would have gone a long way but i guess store mgr are not interested in selling large price tag items because that is where our conversation ended he just walked away. i told him i would and did take my 2k dollar purchase to LOWES whom had no problems helping me choose a new mower. So in short you lost a customer and Lowes gained one.

Did curbside pick up and it took 58 minutes for them to bring the stuff out to me. Save your time, use Lowes. Customer service is so much better!!! I would rather drive twice as far and buy it at Lowes than use Home Depot.
