During a recent move, a side glass panelOn my Curio Cabinet was broken. I contacted K & K Glass after reading history & reviews online.I was greeted by a friendly & knowledgeable receptionist that promptly located someone to assist me with my project. Since my broken glass panel was a unique older furniture piece I brought the corresponding intact glass panel for a pattern. This gentleman carried the glass inside. I waited approximately 10-15 minutes while he efficiently had my new glass cut to match the pattern. Both the pattern glass & new glass were carried to the car for me. I might add, both panels were shrink wrapped & protected.I appreciated the efficient, courteous handling of my glass. As a looked around the showroom I noted many more complicated glass services are handled by this company.My small job was treated with the same respect, found with larger projects.Thank you K & K Glass for a job well done 👍

They replaced my windshield in 2019. Took them 3 attempts to finally replace the windshield(had to call out from work 3 times). The technician that was replacing it - ignored everything Ive told him, so my sunpass was gone, dashcam mount was gone(which I was very upset about). In the past two years, I caught 5 small rocks - 3 of them left chips and cracks in my windshield. Obviously the quality of the windshield is pretty bad. Terrible experience! Would not recommend.

Well we had a scheduled appointment for an estimate to replace a window damaged by a golf course lawn mower flinging a baseball sized rock into our thermal window. My husband reminded me to call today (appointment between 9 am and noon) to confirm their arrival time. Well come to find out Someone had changed the schedule around to where the tech would not arrive until after 3 pm. When I scheduled this appointment on the 12th I explained to the call center scheduler that I had to have a morning appointment due to being blind and having to rely on others to get to my Drs appointments and errands. I think what is very unprofessional is K&K Glass not calling me to discuss the change in appointment time and give me the option of rescheduling... It seems to be common with what I am now reading and being told. It does not take common sense to call a customer to reschedule or explain the need to change a time.. I understand that replacing 1 thermal window is pocket change. It is the lack of respect for paying customers that is sad. Not enough regard to call and give the notification of a change in appointment or option to reschedule.

Great customer service. The lady at the front desk in the Zephyrhills location was kind enough to help me figure out exactly what I needed. Then put in the order to have it cut, accepted payment and then let me know, herself, when my order was ready and retrieved it when I came in to pick it up. She made the entire experience an excellent one. Because of her great attitude and kind spirit, I will certainly use your company any time I have a need for anything to do with glass.

We were quoted one price for our window to be replaced. The price quoted was incorrect. The technician came out and even told us that our price would be different. Then, they charged us a higher price than the technician told us. I called the office to ask why the price is not correct. Nicole was rude on the phone. Nicole told me a manager would call me back. No Manager called back for 24+ hours!!! AWFUL SERVICE! DO NOT USE THEM!!

I cant remember the technician name that replaced my new windshield. He was very personable and professional. My new windshield on my 94 Ranger looks amazing. I had this done this past year and my insurance company recommend them since I didnt have full coverage insurance. So I had a good experience overall with price and service. Thank you K&K Glass!!!

The Technician arrived on time, was efficient and courteous. Answered any questions I had and even took a minute to show me a website where I could purchase a difficult to find part for my friends Audi! Everything I could find for this part required you to purchase an entire rear view mirror assembly to the tune of around $300 when all he needed was the mounting clip. This site had the clip alone for 15 bucks!

If you value your time or communication this is not the place they didnt call like they said they would the day before I waited around most of the day I finally got a call at 12:00 the day of the glass installation mind you I set the appointment two days prior the calibration people called me twice before the tech did I finally got an appointment at 2:30 p.m. and he showed up at 2:00 they did do a good job but the lack of communication and time frame was it big deal for me I almost canceled

I have had 7 windshields replaced in the last 3-4 years. I have never had such a positive experience. Two guys came out and replaced my sons and my windshield, They were knowledgeable, polite and quick. They replaced the sticker for my toll pass on both of the vehicles and they actually worked. I dont write reviews but I have had some bad experiences in the past these guys were great. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND K&K GLASS.

They really have a lot of patience with older mobile homes and those thin glass type windows. Make sure your dog is in a bedroom. One of the guys left because he’s scared of my dog. The other guy was super patient with the windows of an older 1974 mobile home. They got back to me right away when I called to make an appointment. I highly recommend.

I want to express my appreciation to the workers who have come here twice to install. Unfortunately, I can say the same for the company or whom ever is sending out measurements for residential shower doors and glass sides. This is the second time they have been trying to do the installation but the glass is either 2in short or too long. Wow... Im frustrated with it. Now we wait for round 3. We have been doing this since we order it in November!!! sometime. It has been said thee strikes and your out. Well, Im at the stage of giving this company a 1 star for this reasons. Come on 3 times and still we cant getbit right!!! so I will give them 2,its not the installers fault. Wow... Cant believe it.

Simple windshield replacement. I was told I would get a call in the morning with a time for install. No call so around 11:30 I call and am told in one hour the guy with be there. I said no, I will.not be home so has to be after 2. Asked that tech call when he is on the way. Again, no call and he shows up. Windshield installed just fine but he popped off a piece of my dashboard and just left it like that.

K & K is the company recommended by our auto insurer and has never let us down when repairing or replacing a windshield. Thanks!

Horrible job - mirror is a total disaster! Corner is chipped, the cutout for the electrical outlet is way off center. Should it need serviced not sure how electricians will get to it. First time they came out was wrong size, second time out no better. Was supposed to take 1/8 of a inch off both side to have better fit. Took 1/4 off a inch off one side, not a 1/8 off both. Left with my paper towels and glass cleaner, and I had to supply the towels to cover my counters. My new house is a mess with this job. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL - BEWARE

Didnt gey it till the middle of the next week. Ok, thats fine.But she got confused and quoted the wrong glass. I felt i was very clear. White none see through and told her it location on the display.So two weeks waiting and her mistake Im now starting over.Did she over to make it right after her mistake? No, just asked for more money from me.Id paid the cost to start but when you screw up its your mistake, not mine.She was not rude but just didnt really care. Its my problem.Sad they have changed so.Used this place many times and I must say they are reasonable priced and fast turn around. They have made screens for us. Auto glass and table tops. Great work!!@

I wouldnt give it one star, but you have to give at leave one star to leave a review......Lets start out with. Ive spent well over $1,500 in this place. I can prove it in receipts. But when theyre so incompetent that they cant order or make the right material. And then they want to make you feel like you placed the order incorrectly.Found out after my wife did some investigating, that the girl that took our order is in training.Normally, I dont mind that. But when you make it as if I ordered the wrong material, when your employee is incompetent of doing their job its just bad for business...

Well, the Florida roads finally claimed my first Jeep Wrangler windshield. Waited two weeks for Safelite to come out and the dude shook his head and got in his van and drove off. Scheduled K & K glass to come out and advised them just like I did Safelite that its a wrangler with a rack and frame, but its doable. The tech showed up, didnt make a single complaint, and professionally asked me to assist him which I was already planning on doing.Life is good! Solid company if anyone needs any glass work done!

We tried to have a new auto windshield installed by Safelite and they came out, removed the windshield, broke my rear-view mirror, then refused to install the glass due to an extremely small pinhole they found in the frame with no rust. They did not apologize and did not replace the mirror they broke, then left right before a thunderstorm rolled in, leaving us scrambling to protect it from the rain. We contacted K & K and received prompt outstanding service. The did a great job and even helped install the new rear-view mirror I bought to replace the one Safelite broke. K & K saved the day when Safelite let us down!

Seriously? In the parking lot of a residential neighborhood and they park their glass truck right on a blind BEND... when there are 32 empty parking spaces surrounding the vehicle being worked on. A lack of consideration for others says a lot about customer service.
