Very cool in there rception at this particular store. One of the ladys that works there likes to tell people what to do. Im sorry you cant tell adults how and if I can wear a mask. My body my choice right?

Went to Sally’s to buy dye for my roots. A girl was stocking and never asked if she could help me even though it was obvious I needed help. I’m somewhat shy so didn’t ask for help. I went to another aisle continuing to look around and another customer came in. She immediately asked her if she needed help and continued to help her for several minutes and even walked her to another aisles helping her. I was shocked. Because I didn’t get help I didn’t get everything I needed.

Terrible customer service. Little knowledge about products. But are so anxious to check you out. Will not shop here ever again.

Very neat and clean store. The staff as always is very helpful and knowledgeable. Its seems like Sallys is carrying new brands, so it was nice to peruse the haircare isle. I left with a few new items in addition to what was on my list.

Their employees need to be more knowledgeable on the products that they sell . once I got home I did my research come to find out she was wrong .

The employees at this location are among the most rude people I have ever encountered in my entire life.... The new management is horrible !!! I was in this store for 2 and a half minutes before anyone even knew I was there.. I will never be back and I will make sure to spread the word!

Ive been shopping at this Sallys location for many years. Id say at least 15 years. I have always received friendly helpful service. I have gained knowledge from this store in regards to my hair which helped tremendously. I have also witnessed them be just as friendly and helpful to ALL customers I have seen in there over the years no matter their skin color or nationality. Even the not so friendly customers are given the same treatment as everyone else even as they whine about having to wait their turn. This is a great Sallys location that I have always witnessed to be exactly how it should be and negative people will see negative things anywhere they go. Be nice and respectful to the staff here please. They deserve it for guiding us with our hair and nails even after Im sure they receive the same questions day in and day out.Also the store itself is very nice as well. Always stocked in supplies. I have never gone in there and they not have what I went in there for.Very great store and staff. Very thankful to have a place like this available with the friendly helpful staff and professional products that I need.Thank you staff of Sallys for providing all this for me. Every time I come here the employees are so rude but I come to this location since its close to my house, after the last time I was here Ill just drive out of my way. I went to make an exchange and the woman at the counter told me I couldnt make an exchange without my receipt so I just bought what I needed and left, as Im sitting in my car on the back of my receipt she just gave me it says the exchange policy which is completely different than what the woman told me. Its embarrassing that the employees dont even know the stores policies

Since when did they start charging. .15 cent for bags.I was there yesterday and lady ask me if i wanted to buy a bag .I said no so she shoved my stuff at me 30.00 worth of stuff no bag.Crazy wont go back there.

Ive been to this place 4 times. The H&P product is always out of stock and the associate is rude and not helpful. She stated the product just came in. It will be up in a day or so. I dont plan on trying a 5th time.Ive NEVER had a successful shopping experience here. They need to close up shop if they are not trying to help or sell product.

Theyre always closed for something stupid!

I ( black woman)Walked into Sally 5mins ago show the sales woman a picture of the item I was looking for she nicely pointed me in the direction and told me where it would be. Two minutes later another customer came in ( white woman)and asked about an item and she graciously walked her to the location and was shown her product even discussed with her information about the product. I guess the level of customer service is determined based on what a customer look likes. Discrimination at its finest .

Every time I walk into this store the employees are so rude idk why I even keep putting myself in the position to deal with how rude they are! Just plain nasty to people for no reason. If you don’t like your job find something else to do DONT take it out on customers!

Rude, very rude. Wont allow more than 3 people in the store at one time if youre that scared close
