Love this place. Always clean, always friendly, and the pumps never run out of receipt paper, apparently. Very well maintained. The only place we go in town for gas-n-snacks. :-)

Placed an order for 2 chicken salad sandwiches 20 min later order has still not been made. Another customer had to ask about his food and why it was taking so long when he was just waiting on sides that you pour into a cup! Only 1 person preparing food while the other girl goes back n forth playing with the bread while talking to herself. My husband demanded a refund and went next door to Culver’s. I would definitely not recommend coming to this location. Terrible work ethic

This place is always great. No matter how busy it is they are always moving people in and out quick. Plenty of pumps for fuel and if you need a quick sandwich or wrap this place is way better then subway

One of the worst Wawa stores ever. The manager leads the staff on the road of the worst customer service. Lines get backed up Noone wants to get on a register until there is 2 people left. Very unaccomodating on making anything many times their beverage station is down because they can not keep staff.

Burgers are okay, dont bother with fries. The store is great otherwise and employees are friendly.

Wawa is a great gas station and convenience store to meet all of your needs with clean restrooms its a wonderful place to be especially this particular location highly recommend

Just got the nastiest hoagie from here. Dont bother getting the roasted peppers or caramelized onions. The roasted peppers will soak your hoagie so much youll think you dunked it in water, and the onions will look so gray youll wonder if they were raised from the grave. Absolutely disappointing Wawa.

I was so terribly disgusted with the order I placed at Wawa in Zephyrhills. I ordered the pancakes and bacon, see pucture, below they were microwaved, took one bite and that was it. Chewy, tough pancakes and bacon. I do not recommend it. Plus I had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes for my order.

I will never go to this wawa again, it was horrible. I had never been to one and was clueless on what to do. Not one of the employees offered to help no matter how many times I say I had never been there. They all had attitudes and even made fun of my son for picking a banana as his side with his kids meal. The food was horrible. I have never had such bad service in my life and it wasnt just one employee it was all of them. And the store was down right dirty.

I dont know that there are enough spaces for words under this comment section to explaim my horrible experience today. I placed an order on the app as I always do, went in got my self serve coffee, 2 hashbrowns (disgusting) from the heated area at the cash register, picked up my special order coffee and took thoses items out to the car. After going back inside and waiting 5 additional minutes for my breakfast sandwiches., I asked the girl about my order. She informed me those would be at the cashier. Id like a general or regional manager to call me. Im getting livid just rethinking this experience.

I’ve only bought gas here. I think it’s nice they provide machines to air up your tires for free. I’ve seen one car after another pulling in to get air. That’s more than I can say for other gas stations and car washes that require a credit card to get air.

The food is nasty here. I bought an Italian hoagie here and it tasted dry without flavor (even though it had Mayo and mustard). I also found a hair in my hoagie. This not the first time there have been other times that they do not make hoagie how you ordered (not toasted missing ingredients you added on kiosk).I recommend you make the drive to Wesley chapel location instead if it’s for any food. They don’t care about quality here.

The Italian subs are great and the service is fine. But please for the love of God do NOT get the buffalo chicken mac and cheese prepared microwavable meal. It is an unholy, unclean thing that needs to be sealed away forever. Im pretty sure after only trying two bites before I wanted to die that by doing so increased my chances of getting cancer by 1000%. The ingredient list on the back is longer than the declaration of independence. Other than that unholy concoction the wawa in zhills is fine.

First time ever, 11pm, ordered 2 simple quasadillas . 40 minutes later I got my order.Food is awful with very little meat in it. Service is bad. The place is overated, first time, last time.

I never write reviews but I’m going to today! I’ve been to this Wawa plenty of times and it was always fast. This time not so much, I waited for a sandwich for 20 mins finally asked about the sandwich then I was told that someone must have taken it ..... ok cool but I never heard my number called once . They asked me every question in the book to make the sandwich again, just to have it completely wrong ! Get it together

Im standing in line and a manager just told me that I can not have my preferred method of burrito even though I special ordered and her reason because the guy is new I get that but as I type this you are back there helping him so if hes new and needs to learn u can do it for me as I paid for a special order very dissatisfied with my en counter with the night manager tonight June the 1 2021 will be taking my business else where for late night snacks and suggest you do the same

Pricey! Service can be slow. The have alot of options to choose from in many categorys from there hot food to the coffee. Can get very busy because of the location. Love that the offer free air. Store and lot is always clean.

Declined my transaction at the pump. Got gas there every day for 5 days no problem. Called my cc company no blocks plenty of credit. Wawa you wasted my time and just lost a customer! Shell across the street had no problems with my card and just gained a new customer!

This store doesnt seem to understand how to keep items stocked. The staff wait until the rest of your order is completed or you have already paid to tell you instead of in the beginning so you can cancel it if you wanted to. If you wanted to keep the rest of the order they refund u the missing item but forget to make the rest. We were in there for almost an hour and my husband saw a roach.

All food I have had is awesome. Top it off with a cherry ginger ale !!!!

This store needs a lot of work. Being from new jersey I know how wawa is supposed to be. Between long lines, dirty store and unfriendly staff this wawa has to be one of the worst.

Tried to use credit card at pump. Wouldnt work. Went inside to use credit card, wont work on that pump. Manager said its been an issue all day. Why not post a sign at pump telling customers this pump wont take cc? Station very busy. I decided not to wait. Probably wont t stop here again

My first time to this Wawa. Ive been a huge fan of Wawa for 20 years. I saw some bad reviews for this location from a few months ago, but I can tell you this is an excellent store. It is clean, well lit, well stocked and every employee we came in contact with during our visit were very friendly and helpful. We gassed up and bought a breakfast burrito and a breakfast hoagie. The food was outstanding! I only got a picture of my breakfast hoagie but you can see how good it looks! Ignore the bad reviews, if there really were any issues, theyve definitely taken care of them. I just wish Wawa would come to Georgia!

Worst run Wawa Ive ever been to. Every time we go in they are out of things. How do you run out of eggs for Saturday breakfast unless the manager just does not know how to stay on inventory? Horrible. Twice in 10 days Ive ordered food and they dont have what we ordered. Get it together Zephyrhills Wawa.

The food is kinda bland,the bread is better than subway though.As stated in other reviews there is definitely roach activity.Employees and managers are very unprofessional and often bad mouth customers out of earshot.Perhaps this can all be written off as the nature of the beast that is fast food.However, all goods here; aside from self serve coffee and soda,are drastically overpriced.What do you get for your extra money? Complacently slow and incompetent staff at the register more often than not.Extremely passive agressive management response to your concerns.Dirty restrooms and food prep areas.This location rarely cleans food splattered walls and floors hence the roaches.With the brimming trashcans, and sticky floors being a centerpiece of this store.Its the best eatery in town if youre a cockroach or rat.You probably wont get sick,but why tolerate this managerial incompetency.

Ordered a buffalo chicken quesadilla and white toast with butter... got home and the toast wasnt toast, it was just white bread with a huge GLOB of butter in the middle, the quesadilla was burnt and they put the cheese on one side, the chicken in the middle, and the buffalo sauce on the other side. (Waited 20 minutes to even get the food) How they actually expected someone to eat that is beyond me. This was only my second time there and I cant say I am impressed.

So im reading a lot of kinda bad reviews. This is my first time in Florida and Ive gone to wawas every single day and try something new. This place literally has everything! Food is great, cold coffee, and hot coffee is amazing!!! They even have these mini coffee cups so you can try the coffees. I wish they had this place up north! I love how everyone greets you so kindly when you walk in! So far my favorite wawas is the one in Zephryhills

Found prices to be higher then surrounding gas stations. The food and drinks i have ordered there have taken a long time to be made and are usually messed up. Its new that is way its so highly liked.

Long lines to check out, cashier doesnt how to ring up items, food bar staff doesnt acknowledge people.

New policy for credit card at the pump; all you have to do is put in your card with a chip and no further ID is required. So, if anyone steels your card they can buy all the gas they want. Poor policy.
