I dropped my car off on a Monday and it was finished by Friday. They did an amazing job and kept me posted along the way. Posting before and after pictures. Id trust to use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone looking to get some body work done. My baby looks better than it did before someone sideswiped my front end!!!

Great place for collision repairs, just took my car in this morning and they are taking a day or two to fix it, I thought it would be just a hour or so but they said to make sure they fix everything it would be longer, plus I was given a rental car to use

I got minor body damage to my Acura and my insurer GEICO claimed Buddy Foster was a “certified shop”. If it is, it shouldn’t be.My car was not even taken in to begin work for several weeks - and after that, I was told four different times time by four different employees that it was done only to have them call me back later those same days with some new issue that was delaying the process.These folks are either liars, incompetent, or both.Avoid this business like the plague.

Very unprofessional people working there.I brought my car in for body repair they held my car for close to 3 weeks not even an estimate was made for the damage then they lie after lie will get the estimate done tomorrow and it never happened.I dont recommend this place there are better more reputable collision places you can take your car too.Lie after lie and put my cars repairs to the back burner.Buddy Foster is a bad place to take your car too PERIOD bottom lineBuddy Foster SUCKS BIG TIME

Awesome. I was told it would take about 11 days but they knew it was my company vehicle and livelihood. Finished in 3 days and it was perfect. They also detailed the vehicle. Great customer service as well.

Save yourself the bad customer service and drawn out care and go elsewhere!Will not answer the phone close to closing business hours not to mention the voicemail box is full. My car has been in their care since Tuesday I have NOT received ONE phone call and we are now entering the weekend when they’re closed. Should not take professionals 4 days to figure out a fan isn’t working. Especially when I said the fan didn’t work when I had it towed per their recommendation due to overheating. Now I’m going into another week with no car and Uber rides.... all for a broken FAN that they couldn’t diagnose. I called and got a total of almost $600 to fix the fan. Save yourself the hassle and stress.

Dont use this place and if you do, you better have plenty of time without your vehicle. Do not believe a word they tell you on the phone. Get everything in writing. It took them a month and 5 days to repair my car and only one side was damaged. My car spent 3 weeks in paint alone for one side. They waited 5 days for a headlight when there is a Kia dealer two miles down the road. Because they took so long, I got charged extra for the rental car when I was told by the agent working on my car that Buddy Foster would cover. They lie. Do not trust this company.On top of that, my battery has been dead since I picked up the car. Like another customer posted, battery was fine when I took it in, now I have to replace the battery too.

I had an accident with my Dodge Charger Hemi and made the poor choice to entrust my vehicle repairs to Buddy Foster Collision. When I drove by in the days prior, it should have dawned on me that this business is shrinking from what used to be a bustling car dealership into a washed-up, soon-to-close body and car repair shop.1. When my car was being towed in from the accident scene, the tow truck driver (Jose) assured me that I could get a loaner. In reality, I was continually told that they had one - and it was already out. I was finally told otherwise - after my car had been there for 40 (yes, forty) days.2. I chose to pay out of my own pocket for the repairs. With this in mind, I asked for used and aftermarket parts. This request was totally ignored by body shop management.3. Over and over, I was told the car was done, but just needed a touch up or a small fix by the body shop manager, Russell. One day when he was out of the office, I was approached and told the car HAD NEVER BEEN REASSEMBLED OR PAINTED.4. I finally asked for the help of the owner, Buddy Foster. Everything he said sure sounded good, but was never quite true. I guess you cant take the snake oil salesman out of some people. At one point, even though I had given his staff carte blanche, he said that no more money would be necessary and that I had paid enough. I couldnt have agreed more, as I had put just shy of $15,000 into repairs here. Problem is, despite what Mr. Foster promised, he asked for $2,100 more. If I didnt pay it, they could legally put a lien on the car. It was like a strange form of blackmail!5. When I picked up my car, I was in self-paid Hertz rental car. I was going to return it, then take an Uber back for the Charger. Mr. Foster told me to leave it there and his staff would contact Hertz for pickup. I left the car, not even thinking that by leaving the keys inside the car, anything could happen. And it did - Buddy Foster made the car vanish to be spiteful. Fear will make people do anything, especially when that fear involves a day in court.6. To end the saga, within days, the car was in another accident. Forensic inspections are taking place now to determine how poor workmanship may have destroyed my car - and almost killed me. More will be revealed.I do not have drama or issues in my life. I hate writing or saying negative things and prefer to bite my tongue, but this is one case where the story has to be shared. Read it again. Its to insane for someone to make up, dont you think?DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT FOR ANY REASON!

My car is worse off leaving than when it arrived, bubbles in the paint, damage still not repaired. After 33 days I went to get my car for the 5th time and Buddy Foster himself was there he came out of the back office and screamed at me You better just take your car today and leave we are done fixing it, nothing is wrong with it I asked him to go out and look at the car with me when we approached I saw a 6-8 inch rubber mark on the front bumper that had just been replaced and painted by them. Needless to say after terrible service and having to bring the car back 5 times and another time not even leaving with the car I will never return to Buddy Foster because they do a crappy job and because Buddy himself thinks he can yell and scream at a customer. I had Jim tell me one of the times that I came up there to get it Well you are just pickier than most customers Which means that Buddy Foster thinks it is okay to not repair things, leave bubbles in the paint and clear coat because most customers arent as picky as me. Buddy himself should be ashamed of his behavior and how he spoke to me it was totally unacceptable and there were several witnesses to see the show he put on. The repairs needed for my car should have taken at most a week however at 33 days it still needs work done and we be going to another shop to have the damaged caused by Buddy Foster repaired the proper way. I would no recommend that anyone bring their vehicles to BF for any repairs not only because the work is terrible but because of the owner dont give that rude guy your business.

Got there faster than any other service in Zephyrhills. Got my car to the shop and had I known it, I wouldve gotten my car fixed at there shop. Tow wouldve been free but they deserved the pay. If any more problems in the future, Ill be headed there way!

They did nice work the car looks great.Cant tell it was ever wrecked.But the car wasnt finished when it was suppost to be.They told me on Tuesday the car would be ready on friday unless they needed more parts!Then it might take until Wednesday. I just picked it up and today is friday.Might be without your vehicle for up till two weeks.But very nice people work there.Went out of their way to accommodate me.

My 2013 BMW 328i was rear-ended. The person who hit me had Statefarm, Statefarm asked if I wish to use one their repair facilities . I chose Buddy Fosters bc it was close to home.Drop my car off, get a call a week later to pick up my car. The body work (rear bumper and door) looked great. They really did a fantastic job with the body work.The guy slid my keys and warranty looking down, not in my eyes. I immediately felt something shady was going down. Get in my car and all of the alarms and fault codes were still there along with a few new ones. They didn’t diagnose any of the internal issues caused from the accident. They said someone got to pay for the diagnosis, insurance isn’t going to pay. I left the car to be looked at again after much hassle with the insurance company, against my will as Statefarm said I must take it back to BF. They had it for another week and said its good come get it. I go back get in my car and its dead. They lied and say the door was left open and killed the newly replaced battery (which they installed the wrong battery and didn’t program it correctly.Next stop was the BMW dealership, where I wanted to go in the 1st place after realizing they weren’t able to properly diagnose the issues after they had it for a week, then 2 weeks. I firmly believe they are in the insurance companies pocket. Of course they’re not going to bite the hand that feeds them. So obviously I had a bad experience. Then they said something about their guy is a certified bmw mechanic yadda yadda yadda.I don’t like leaving negative reviews. But this was some real BS! caveat emptor! Costly endeavor dealing with this local business.

My wife was in an accident and we went to buddy foster for the repairs. We worked with Chris who was very professional and tried to work in a timely manner. When they were finished with the repairs the exterior of the car looked okay with the exception of a rear panel that was poking out. The very next day the vehicle won’t start leaving my wife and three small children stranded in the mid-summer August heat!! After communicating the issue with Michael Edwards (fill-in adjuster) he made me understand that Geico will not back up their work, will not be responsible, and it’s a coincidence the car broke down less than a week after them finishing repairs. The adjuster Michael “self-diagnosed” the vehicle over the phone and never allowed me to truly get a word in. I truly believe they gave me a vehicle that looked great on the outside but has some major mechanical issues. I have been with Geico for 5 years, paid monthly premium on time, and never been in an accident. I thought they had my back a little better than this….

Took them two days to tell me they couldnt figure out what was wrong with my car. When they towed it to a dealership, the driver didnt alert anyone that it had arrived so no one at the dealership was able to take care of it before the days end, making it 3 days without a car for me, plus the actual time its going to take the dealership to actually fix it.
