Very impressed with attention to detail and honesty. I had a complete install with components, amps etc using my own gear. I was missing some speaker trim pieces. However Eric made a couple to fit the focal tweeters and the finish was like new. He also pointed out some things that the previous install company failed to do.They never installed the crossovers nor did they give them back to me. I ended up buying another set and had Eric install them. BTW...That company Im referring to is Audio Itch on Dale Mabry. Stay away from them. They are a shady bunch.

I wanted a full car tint and was not disappointed. I love the shade and privacy factor. Eric did a great job in less than the time quoted and even handled a few customers. Waiting room was comfortable and great price.

I had an awesome customer service experience with everyone in the shop. I wanted to keep my factory radio, and Erick explained clearly the pros and cons vs using an aftermarket radio and I was able to make a proper decision. Went here because a previous shop that I had my speakers installed at did a messy job which resulted in my sound quality becoming fussy. These guys diagnosed it for free, and told me what to do to fix it myself. I fixed it myself, and it sounds perfect now. Have to get one speaker replaced and definitely will be going here. These guys know what their doing.

Great place. Eric, the owner, is really good at what he does. He is very clean and respectful with your car. He is also really knowledgeable and customer service oriented. I was in the market to get my front 2 windows tinted to match the privacy glass, Eric at Sound City was very professional and answered all of my questions in great detail. I went in 10 -15 min before closing (5pm). Told the guy what I was doing and what I needed. (Multi-kit and harness). He pulled out a antenna adapter and said Youll need this too. And yes I did. Its 6:10 pm and my new radio is in already. I did it myself. It is great when someone that knows what hes doing helps. Thanks what ever you name is. I will recommend. 👍🤓

I called on Saturday 2/28/2020 and scheduled an appointment for Eric to install a satellite radio adapter into my Prius the following Tuesday. I was tired of looking at all of the wires, receiver box, antenna etc. and decided to purchase an adapter that would run the satellite radio internally into my dash system rather than externally. My Prius 2 did not come with satellite radio installed.Eric gave me an estimate of about three hours of labor which I was fine with. After talking to him about the satellite radio I also discussed with him that recently my right passenger side mirror was hit by a garbage pail that blew into the street and the blind spot monitoring and lane departure was no longer working on my Prius. I shared with Eric that Toyota gave me a price of $600 to replace the mirror assembly and that I did not have that much money to fix it. I figured since Eric works with wires 24 seven that he could possibly fix the wire in my side mirror but I wasnt getting my hopes up. So I sat and waited on Tuesday for my satellite radio adapter to be installed. Eric finished it within an hour rather than the three hours he estimated me which was a nice surprise and I asked him again if he would mind taking a look at my side mirror . He was so nice and said absolutely and we went outside and he began looking at the inside of my passenger side mirror. He popped the mirror out and fussed with the wires a little, plugged everything back in and said that he wasnt sure if what he did worked but that was really all he could do at this point . So I told him that Ill pay for the install of the adapter and then Ill take the car for spin and if the mirror is fixed I will come back and give him money for fixing the blind spot monitoring and lane departure. Eric told me dont worry about it just enjoy your car..... if it works great and if it doesnt Im sorry but thats all that I really can do since its not something in familiar with.To my surprise as I drove down 301 my side mirrors started blinking when cars were approaching me on the sides of my vehicle. I was so thrilled that I immediately called Eric and thanked him so much for helping me. On a daily basis I am driving on 275 from Pasco County all the way to South Tampa. Driving on 275 is a death sentence. I relied so much on my blind spot monitoring that when I did not have use of it I did not feel as safe driving onto 275 during rush hour traffic. So for Eric to fix my blind spot monitoring and lane departure alert was a HUGE help to me! I cannot say enough great things about Eric. His work is excellent. He is extremely knowledgeable and most of all he is just a great guy who is willing to help out in any way possible, even if its in an area that he is not familiar with. Thank you Eric for my satellite radio adapter and thank you even more for fixing my blind spot monitoring and lane departure!! Youre the best!

Stopped by to have my car system looked at and Eric was awesome he troubleshooted for a long time and determine it was a issue with my factory car amp. Since he could not fix the issue himself he only charge me a small fee, honesty and integrity is priceless.
