This is a great Att store. I was helped as soon as i walked in. Employees were very kind and helpful.

Excellent service! We switched from Spectrum which was averaging $190 month for just the basic service to AT&T TV basic for $69 month that offers enormous amount of Channels! It was so easy and very informative! Excited over new TV experience with channels we havent watched in years on Spectrum as they went up on prices during our contract. With AT&T no contracts!

Came here a few days ago and it did not go as planned my boyfriend came in to just get a new plan and the 2 guys that were in there made it seem like I’m order to get a new plan you have to get a new number new everything so they told him to get the iPhone 12 so long story short they wanted to sell him the iPhone 12 before they checked the 8+ he was trading in by the end his credit was 350$ for the12 when it came time to leave they didn’t send him with any information that consists of a written phone number, Sign ins, how much he was paying, how much his phone total was, how much his monthly bill was. The problem was they was so eager to sell the iPhone 12 quickly but didn’t make sure the person had what they were looking for, called a day later they said you had to have the phone for 2 days and he asked if they could put his old phone aside so he can return the 12 because he didn’t want to pay an additional $800 and they made it seem like it couldn’t happen. Overall the 2 guys that were in there did a horrible job making sure the customer had what they needed and not walked out of there not knowing a single thing about what they just purchased.

Zach was amazing help at this store. For someone who only worked two months at this store and was left alone all day to deal with the traffic. He let everyone know who walked in made sure to say hello and that he will be with them soon. He deserves to have the proper help and more then one person should be on staff at this location.

Victoria is, hands down, the best service tech ever!! She solved our connection issues and made sure we got the best deal available! She provided exceptional customer service! She has done a great job training Gunter as well! Zack was also very helpful!

Thank you Zephyrhills AT&T store for the great service we recieved recently. We were there Sunday afternoon to have our new phones activated and all our information transferred from our old phones. Natti was working and, let me tell you, nothing phased her! No matter how many people came through the door she never flinched. She always greeted the customer and definitely did a lot of multitasking without batting an eye. From what we saw she did an amazing job with everyone, and with a smile too (she had a mask on but her eyes smiled). Weve been to this store a few times and have always been treated well by the employees. We were so lucky to have Nattis helpfulness on our last couple visits. She deserves high praise! 👏

Went in today to have my new phone activated and the data on my old phone transferred to the new phone. Also needed the data on my husband’s phone transferred to my old phone so we could turn in his phone for credit. Natti was exceptionally smart and very patient. She knew exactly how to get the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible. I highly recommend her when going to this store!!

Natti was exceptional in assisting me with my billing, there was a woman who was being particularly rude to natti. I can’t express enough how much of an asset natti is to this store she’s personally responsible for keeping me from switching to sprint after the levels of customer service she exudes as a person and a fellow AT&T customer. Couldn’t be happier with the service and employees! All negative reviews for this establishment in my opinion are all lies by miserable people. Being a full time medical worker and full time student. I need a team who helps me stay stress free with my billing and assists me with all questions and this is definitely the team you want helping you!

Had a problem with my bill and girl who worked there was rude. When asked to talk to her supervisor she refused to give me their contact number. I was told they would call me and of course i never received a call. Avoid this store like Covid 19. Go to another company. I would give 0 stars but not an option

I came in to switch from Sprint. All 3 employees including the manager were talking. My husband and I were the only people in the store. They all 3 made eye contact with us and continued to talk. If this is any indication of AT&Ts customer service standards Im better off with Sprint.

Came to this AT&T wanting to go on my own account and was pleasantly surprised by the service I got from the assistant manager Jill. She was very helpful and honest and sold me an iPhone 8 Plus with the best plan for what I needed. This will definitely be my go to store.

Sure. They help you purchase a new $600 + phone. Have 8 phones w/at&t and 3 w/metro. Both services are horrible, but at least metro offers a wide selection of smartphones for under $300. Will admit, the people in the store are nice and quite professional, but the company they work for sucks. Our Direct tv was so much better before at&t took over.

Terrible!!!! Went in on 3/14 to put in for the new Galixy phone coming out on Friday and discuss the $200 trade in promo, was told to come back on Thursday. Went back Thursday 3/15 to discuss trade in, etc., was again told to come back tomorrowwas by Jill No need to put a deposit, etc. We have lots of them, come back tomorrow 3/16 and well do the trade in, activate the new phone, everything tomorrow Came in today (15 min each way x 3 days from San Ann) to be told by Janet the $200 rebate ended at midnight on 3/15.... sorry for your luck!!

Horrible service. He couldnt help me because the RQ (whatever that means) was down -seems like it always is. But what annoyed me was how distracted he was by the game on the TV, or watching videos on their friends phone. I was on my lunch break, standing there watching him watch TV, and after 30 min tells me he cant get access. AT&T sucks.

Went in here to get my phone fixed. Spoke to the manager who hooked it up to some diagnostic machine. While that was happening she kept trying to sell me a bunch of stuff I did not need or want and told her this repeatedly but she kept pushing. By the time it was done diagnosing I was already pretty frustrated because she kept insisting that I get a bunch of things I, again, already told her I didnt want. Once it was done she didnt even try to look at my phone before sending me out the door. In the end my phone never got fixed, and I was told to take it somewhere else. Terrible customer service, pushy sales reps and no knowledge of phones other than what to sell. Definitely do not recommend.

So my grandmother went into this store to buy a new phone and spoke with a man named Steve. He recommended that she should come back and speak to the manager of the store, Janet or whatever her name was. So she went back and spoke to her and she sold my grandmother a phone and sent her home. The phone that she sold to her did NOT work. My grandmother called the store numerous times after being sent home to speak to the manager and could not get ahold of anyone. She finally got ahold of Janet and she told her that she was clocking out so she could not help her and that she needed to go to the Apple store for help even though she was the one who sent her home with a broken phone in the first place! So my grandmother went back to the store to have the problem fixed and ended up being helped by another employee, Nathan. He actually took the time to figure out the issue and to fix the problem. I would not recommend this location to anyone but if you have to go here I would recommend speaking with Nathan as my grandmother spoke highly of him.

The AT&T store I dont like AT&T phones they gave me a hard time with my phone I have nothing good to say about them sorry

AT&T is a good company but this store has been ok for a while but a few days ago my mom went in because her phone kept poping up a notification and i was not aware she was going so they tried a few things no luck and said the only thing to do was to delete everything on the phone to fix it they said that the pictures could not be recoverd unless there was a SD card in it and there was alot of pictures she liked but she did it anyway and came home with a new phone because that did not fix it and the ignorance of some people they could of asked if you had a computer at home which we do and we could of transferd all of the pictures and music on that phone over by putting them on my pc and putting them on her new phone which i explaned when she got home i did not expect her to know that but if someone works at a store that sells mobile phones you should at least know that hopefully if anyone else is having this problem they try what i said and see if that works i dont want anyone else to lose everything on thier phone because of someones ignorance.

The staff at this store were awesome but the support from their offshore pretend techs are totally incapable !!!!Am on my fourth visit to store to get issues rectified plus spent 4 hours on phone with support trying to resolve.
