Sat overlooking the water which was nice. Just a bit on the slow side as far as service but they looked to be a little short staffed. Food was fantastic. I had the fried grouper sandwich and it was huge. Will definitely stop by here again.

Store is being renovated. Complete chaos at the moment, employees are just as confused. Sanitizer Dispensers never work in meat department and/or wipes are always out.But still hasnt stopped me from shopping here, hope it all comes together for a better experience.

Its better to go in the store at night time less crowds. It would be better if they would go back to 24 hours but overall its clean stocked and organized

Im going to leave 1 star because I cant leave any less than that. This Walmart is by far the worst one I have ever shopped at. The shelves are empty most of the time I go in there to shop so I cant ever buy what I intend on buying. The store pick up is a joke! I either get an email back saying my order couldnt be fulfilled right when Im suppose to be picking up or they dont have half the items I ordered. When I call to find out why my order couldnt be fulfilled surprise surprise no one could come to the phone and the call disconnects. I have nothing good to say about this place.

I’d avoid their pickup service. Substituting things and not notifying of it to have opportunity to reject it. Not letting you know they are out of stock and still charge you as if you got it. Substandard work ethic of those involved shutttling it to the vehicles. Will be my last time ever patronizing this particular Walmart. Employees are less than adequate.

Gave it 1 star because prices are still better than most. A shame Wal-Mart doesnt turn a better profit. I have been there numerous occasions. Have COPD. I am 78 years old. If I can get a handicapped electric cart 2 out of 10 trips, I would be happy. When I do get one that is available, its usually on its last leg. Today, none available (again) and 6 out of orderThe 2 that werent out if order werent plugged in and dead. IF anyone from Wal Mart reads this, keep in mind that there are more retirees and handicapped in Florida than anywhere elseLess carts than college towns. Shame on you.

In the middle of major changes. Staff very nice, even fun at times. No problem finding an electric cart. Was in and out surprisingly fast. Oh yes, had a vacuum in the basket so I had my receipt checked by a very cute and funny store man.

I always try to go to this location. I have not ever been let down from cleanliness to prices and items I need. Associates are always ready to help. The only reason for 4 stars is of all the work being done the parking lot is crazy to maneuver threw. I was almost hit twice while waiting on an elderly couple to walk across to the parking lot. Some folks can not understand the temporary adjustments and are in to big of a rush. Other then that it would be a 5 star. Keep up the great work Associates.

There never no electric cards have to wait over 30 min for a cart. Sad thing other day went there. Was no push carts or electric carts. An illegal are to close cant get carts threw ...ATM never has paper or does not work..Workers are rude an always in the way..

Very clean and organized. Their stock of meats was very low, but the rest of the items we looked for were well stocked. The gas prices are the lowest in town. All in all I was pretty happy with this store. Better than some Ive been in.

They are slowly reconfiguring the entire store while building a Wellness Center across half of the Garden Center. I think itll be great when they finish but not thrilled with the growing pains. The lack of up to date signage has definitely helped me get my steps in. 🤓

I ordered a car battery online in the morning. Was waiting for an email indicating that it is ready for pick up but it never arrived. So at 3:15pm I contacted Walmart chat and the informed me there might be a technical issue because system shows picked up. However unless I call the store the best they can do is escalate my concern so that I may get a call in 24 hours. Have called the store multiple times and no answer whatsoever.

I want to share that one of your employees, Donna, helped us load our care. She transferred our groceries from the electric carts into buggies that we could roll to the side door and avoid getting soaked in the heavy rain. I feel she should receive a high accommodation for her service and helpfulness. Thank you again Donna!

A little dirty but well stocked

I havent been to this Walmart in years. It was good to go back to Zephyrhills. The store now has a liquor store, it didnt have one the last time I was there. The customer service people were great. No hassle like the Winter Haven store gives you. Pleasant and helpful. They also have a very nice pick-up place now. Clean bathroom. And a clean parking lot. Good job Walmart.,

Everything was easy to find. It is clean and people for the most part are friendly.Although the lady at the door wanted my receipt and then didnt look at it all, but insisted on asking if I knew the animal I had was not allowed in the store? No! I had no idea considering all other stores allow me to bring my macaw in as long as it isnt in the food department. We are new to the area and he does not own a cage! He does not fly, he is potty trained, and as long as you leave us alone he will not bother anyone. Just saying! Comfort and support animals are NOT JUST Dogs and little horses

You probably end up going to another Walmart. Low inventory. Limited products.

They need to work on inventory management, there are times when the shelves are completely bare, bread and peppers being an example where it is the end of the week and out of stock. Today it was chicken breasts that were running very low. I will take pictures next time.Store is clean and for the most part quick to get in and out. Staff has always been helpful when I have needed them.

I really like shopping here. I enjoy the convenience of one stop shopping.Sometimes we find empty shelves due to Covid-19 recovery but you find it the next time youre there.Great place !!

Beware visitors the closer to the water the more you will pay. I did not like my visit to this place. This is not my kind of hotel. Im sure its fine for other people, but my standards for a hotel are much higher. What this place has going for it is that it had some nice people working there. The room I had was forgettable. Do I recommend this hotel? Only if you have limited funds. I take no pleasure and it saddens me that I have to give this place negative review.

I was on my way home from work on Friday afternoon…. I had stopped by every tire place in Zephyrhills just before 6 and no one would help me patch my leaking rear tire (because we close at 6) until I got to Walmart… the wall said 6 so I was desperate I gave my to Derrick the manager along with my contact info and left for the next day…. I was 15minutes into my long walk home when Derrick called me back and said the technician (I didn’t get his name) said he would stay and patch my tire … I had left quietly crying and now was walking back full of joy….. I can’t thank these two gentlemen enough!!! Thank you Walmart for having such wonderful employees to go way above the expected in customer service!

What happened? I go there only when I really have to,and thats rare. Looks like a big cage and self serve. I dont know about you guys, but I feel so very uncomfortable in there, like Im a criminal . so unwelcome feeling. I shop at Publix, Winn-Dixie, Walgreens, every place else I love, besides this place. honestly, I hate Walmart now. and I used to love them. I would go there two or three times a day. not anymore !!! money and power, thats all they want.

People who ignoring the CDC advice not wearing mask. No proven of vaccines were provided in order to protect vulnerable customers. Walmart could have a mask policy. But they arent protecting their customers.

The place is a mess. Little girl clothes and underwear in the same aisle as the mens. Only two registers with cashiers and only 4 self checkout open. Parking lot completely full and cars waited to get parking spots blocking others from leaving. I waited for 10 minutes in my running car to leave because I was blocked in by 4 cars waiting for spots to open. So frustrating. Rate it a 0

I did online pick up. They did a great job. Every parking spot at pick up was full and those 4 workers were kicking butt. Great job!

Ok so now walmart is rearranging the store, which is fine BUT the aisles are way to small. I drive a buggy and the aisles are way to small to accommodate a buggy and a cart going in opposite directions. Also once you get to the end of the aisle there is no room for the buggy to turn so I had to back out which is a problem since people are behind me. NOT EVERYONE CAN WALK, SO ALL YOU ARE DOING IS MAKING IT VERY DIFFICULT FOR DISABLED PEOPLE TO SHOP

If i could give this place zero stars I would. Absolutely the worst store in the chain. Employees are no where to be found unless you are a picker...and then they are rude as hell and in the way. Management is a joke. And to top it all off, the recent reno has made the aisles too small so its a constant fight to shop. The elimination of checkout people combined with these new tiny checkout kiosks...do not accept cash...and literally no room for your groceries makes this place a disaster. Its no wonder Winn Dixie has been so busy lately. AVOID!

A lot of empty shelves at 3:00 pm in the afternoon on a Thursday.A huge store like this only offers one checkout with a cashier for big orders and one cashier for 20 items or less. Everything else is do it yourself. My husband and I are disabled and cannot handle checking ourselves out. Walmart makes it difficult for the handicap. We will stick to going to Publix. More customer service friendly.

I dont like how they have half the parking lot blocked off. Why are they putting a minute clinic inside of Walmart?? Does Zephyrhills and Dade City not have enough clinics and doctors offices that they have to put one in Walmart as well.

Good - but hard to find womens.clothes and most everything else has been moved around so it took twice as long to shop for groceries. I never did find the file folders that I needed.

I used to enjoy this Walmart but not anymore.What an absolute disaster… They are remodeling and moving everything. Nothing currently makes sense, the workers don’t know where things are…They are out of a lot of items.. entire yogurt section empty, water (gone other than a few cases of bottles), people unhappy left an right..Will be avoiding this Walmart for a LONG TIME.

Steve was very helpful and kind. He tried to help me to find an specific basket I was looking for. I appreciate his politeness and how customer oriented he is. The only reason I dont give this location 5 stars is because many customers dont wear masks. Walmart should make it mandatory for the safety of their own employees and customers.

They are NEVER stocked. They never have what you need on the days you to. They have moldy produce. Disgusting. Go to the Publix around here instead. It’s more expensive, of course, but it’s worth it! Trust me!!!Luckily, the Walmart staff is nice from my experience.They are currently remodeling, so let’s see how that goes.

Great place, good people both customers and employees. Very clean, not your stereotypical Walmart shoppers, and the staff actually have pride in their work. Been going here for 5 years now (primarily for the pharmacy) always leave with a smile.

Pick up service is awesome. Parked, called the # on the sign and had my packages in 2 mins. Hate the inside cashiers were rude and its all self checkout now.

Walmart Supercenter near Tampa Florida was great. Awesome products and really good clearance specials.

Just stopped in for a few things, picked up more due to the great sale they had going on.

The employees I come across are very friendly and helpful. The issue isnt really the employees or the management on why I gave 2 stars. The company is the problem. You need actual cashiers not all do it yourself checkout. The line with the one human cashier is always way to long. I am a mother who has to take my children shopping with me. Shopping for a large household and having your cart over flowing with groceries to then have to come to the front to ring/bag it yourself with 3 kids is a lot. You are a business worth well over 300 BILLION dollars but you got rid of your cashiers to save money. You inconvenienced your customers by making them work for you for free. You are not helping the community what so ever by removing jobs and by forcing the customer do everything themselves. Our community is filled with elderly people who need the help at the registers along with parents shopping with their kids. Its truly disheartening that you care more about adding to your billions than the communities that help build your empire.

Overall pretty good nice size and selection for a store. Need to have more active employees instead of self checkout makes for a pain when you have a good amount of groceries. But not a bad walmart.

They did have what I was looking for however there were only 5 registers open and every single one of them was lined up. On top of that the garden center check out was closed. With the amount of income coming into this place you would think they could open a few more registers during busy season.

Walmart usually has everything you need but the one in Zephyrhills is remodeling and the employees dont know where anything is at. Some employees help some dont but over all very friendly and helpful.

They made all self check out card only so now if you are paying with cash you have to wait in line for over 20 minutes to check out with a real cashier and there was only two. I am never going to walmart again this is total b.s.

Great experience at the Walmart auto care shop. Fair warning though, they are VERY busy. But everyone is nice and professional and the price is right. And of course you get a chance to squeeze in a little shopping while you’re waiting for your car.
