I have had wonderful experience with Jennifer the owner of Artistic Threads. She is very professional, courteous and conscientious in doing the job right. Jennifer digitized some work for me to be able to embroider. The thread count, color and design I needed digitized was perfect. I was truly amazed at how it came out.
