Leslie was very up front about her carts and not one time was she pushy when I told her I was comparing carts unlimited with another golf cart dealership. She was very informative and had a great attitude the whole time. She definitely knew her product very well and never had to refer back to a website or book to answer any questions. Being we live almost an hour away, I called a couple times before we made the drive and she showed great communication skills over the phone. When in person walking around, she was there to answer any questions but didn’t suffocate us like a lot of dealerships do. We also had two small children with us and if you have kids then you know sitting still and being quiet for a good period of time is impossible for a 3 and 5 year old. She was super friendly with the kids and made them feel comfortable as well. Made the process very easy for us! I DEFINITELY recommend Carts Unlimited and even more Leslie as your sales agent!

We would like to share the positive experience we had with Mr. Rick Hawthorne, owner of Carts Unlimited.We were in the market for a new golf cart, and after a couple of frustrating experiences elsewhere we discovered Mr. Hawthornes store in Zephyrhills.He dealt with us honestly and fairly, and we agreed to purchase a new EZ Go Valor 48V. Expedited arrangements were made for delivery to our home in Odessa. At the time of delivery, we noticed a few minor scratches and rub marks, which frankly were only of cosmetic concern. However having purchased new and hoping for flawless, we asked if the marks could be remedied. They kindly agreed, and at no additional charge, the cart was taken back to the store, the marks were resolved, and the cart was sent out again to our home. The willingness to do that for us, in our opinion speaks very highly of their commitment to customer satisfaction.Thanks Rick, wishing you continued success at your business,Tim and Debbie Bonsack.

I have purposely waited a few weeks to write this review due to my sheer disappointment with this service. We called to get our golf cart repaired in early December of 2020. We didnt get it back until early January 2021. They had it for just under a month total. When we got it back, it was still unusable. We asked for a tune up, and when we got it back, the old, nasty air filter was still in it! When they picked it up, it was not driveable, when we got it back, it was still not driveable AND they charged us almost 800 dollars for the honor! We were having to call them every week for an update and were even told it would be ready but then days went by and still no call or drop off? VERY bad communication, VERY bad service, Its one of the worst experiences Ive ever had with any company EVER!

This place rips the elderly off. Golf carts that are worth only $2000 are being pushed on people for $4000 and up. Resale value is not there.

Ok now that was all a lie because they threatened my 78 year old mother, they sold her a cart and lied about the year.. when I got upset and told the truth, So now,,,, they sold it to her for 4,400, and said they sell it for her, she was told they can only sell it for 2,300 and kept 1,000 for selling it, So I would NEVER recommend them they took advantage of the elderly woman and stole her money,, Dont buy from them

We were looking for a golf cart to use around the neighborhood that would hold all the kids and their friends. After shopping numerous golf cart dealers we stopped at Carts Unlimited in Zephyrhills. Not only did they have what we wanted but their prices were better then the previous stops. The young lady who sold us our cart was very knowledgeable and patient with all our questions and allowing us to drive the different models. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a golf cart.
