We stopped in to look at countertops for our kitchen and bathrooms and possibly make an appointment for measurements. They came and measured, we were called the next day with a quote and installation is already scheduled. We were very happy with being able to shop locally and get everything we needed right there. They are friendly, professional and you never feel pressured. I’ve already recommended them to our neighbors.

Looked at several granite dealers and Imperial Stone was by far my best experience. Stacey was very knowledgeable and took the time with us showing us the inventory. Went back the next day and spoke with Jamie, the owner, and he was just as helpful. Scheduled the install for several days later and couldnt be happier. Their son Cameron did the install along with his helper and they worked like they were putting it in their own kitchen. Very professional business top to bottom. So nice to find a business that shows you they want your business. If youre looking for granite dont buy until you look here. Prices and the work can not be beat. My wife and I needed a vanity stone top and really lucked out finding this place. We were greeted by the owner Jamie who put us in touch with his wife who assisted us in picking out a beautiful piece of quartz. When we received the top we were very impressed with both the price and workmanship. Extremely nice people and will be back again.

Highly recommend.***EDIT: The main office and interaction was very professional and well done, easy to work with in regards to selection, payments, and timeliness.Upon installation date, the service suffered hence the reduction from 5 to 3 stars... The installers. one is the son and another gentleman came over and before installation they looked over our other granite counter tops that were there when we bought the house and were not the counter tops being serviced/changed/installed. They made fun of the condition and provided no suggestions as to how to reseal or repair, but rather insulted the counters.The installers placed one counter in the bathroom as needed and sealed it with the faucet in one of the drawers, I had to use a box cutter and destroy the box in order to be able to retrieve it or use the drawer itself, ultimately making it impossible to return the faucet in the event it would not work out.The final issue is that they did not cut the back splash granite to allow for the electrical outlets to fit into the back splash like they are normally done and sealed/secured the back splash granite without the correct cuts COSTING US MORE TO GET FIXED BY AN ELECTRICIAN and replacing/fixing parts of the drywall that SHOULD NOT NEED TO BE FIXED as they were already completed by other contractors.The added electrician cost is about 300.00 in un-needed work caused by laziness of the installers or doing it incorrectly. FOR BOTH BATHROOMS.We called them when the plumbers and contractors came back to finish the project regarding the incorrectly placed outlets, and they told us it will be too difficult and they may break the granite or destroy the drywall if they have to re-cut. SO alas they left us with no choice and forced us to hire an electrician to fix THEIR MISTAKE.This was an updated review, and I wish I didnt have to post these kinds of things, but dont insult someones home and not provide advice. Do the job correctly or dont do it at all and say it cant be handled.The counter tops look good, but the son and the other installer seemed to enjoy chatting more than focusing on what they were doing leading to more cost to myself and simple errors that could have been avoided entirely.
