Horrible customer service. Purchased a gas powered Stihl trimmer was completed misled about the warranty. Had the unit 2 1/2 years and it stopped working. Took in for repairs and after having the unit 4 weeks was told that repairs would be $146 dollars on a $219 weed trimmer. Then was told to retrieve it we have to pay a $30 fee to diagnose problem, was never informed of this when taking unit in. Would not recommend purchasing from this dealer. Go to Home Depot, buy the extended warranty, if it breaks they give you new unit no questions asked.

After shopping at the big box stores, I determined that I wanted a Cub Cadet with the smallest deck and largest engine. That meant moving up to the XT2 series mowers that are not sold in the big box stores. My options were to buy directly online from Cub Cadet or from a local Dealer. The first Dealer was the closest to me and they knew very little about the line since they just started to carry Cub Cadet recently. I decided to give one more dealer a try before going online. Pasco Turf & Tractor is about an hour drive from me. I was greeted by one of the owners sons, Rick, and he answered all my questions and was fully knowledgeable since he had sold Cub Cadets since he was 12 years old. Rick gave me a great price and personally delivered the mower for the same price as local. All around a great Dealer experience that I was looking for. Thank you Rick.
I own a 2004 cub cadet mower. It is 2020 and still running. In order to keep it going you have to have a good place to get parts from. They always seem to have the part on hand or can get it in a short time. There counter help are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have never had a problem with them and am very happy with them. There are some people think trying to get parts for a mower is simple. With so many makes and models out there it is impossible to locate the correct one without part numbers or a serial number. With all these manufacturers it is so easy to get the wrong one unless you have the info. Just like automobiles you cant put a chevy fan belt on a Ford, same with mowers. These companys update and change things quite often even during the same model year. This can cause the part to be different. So getting frustrated with parts people is not their fault. Having the numbers helps cut down on getting the wrong one. I always go to them for parts because they know what they are doing. As for their service dept. I do my own repairs so cant say but I am sure they are just as good.
I would give this place and their employees 0 if I could. They are rude and dont know how to fix or replace parts for cub cadets.. Rick is especially very rude, unprofessional. Takes his personalnal issues out on customers. My lawnmower has not been fixed correctly the last 2x it was in their shopp for or the same problem. I cant speak to their mechanic skills but their human skills are VERY good. Needed Exmark disassembly guidance and willingly got it over the counter. They know what theyre doing. Thumbs up.

Very slow service. It took them 2 full months to inspect my gas trimmer for warranty, just to say that the cost for repair was higher than what the unit cost.Lowes took care of me and honored manufacturer warranty and gave me a brand new unit.
They are so bad. I brought my pressure washer and they said that it cost 220 to fix a tiny screw so they charge way to much then I asked for my money back because they were asking for more saying other things were broken then I wanted my money back but they said they weren’t going to give it back

These guys are GREAT!!!! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I dropped my riding mower off and within a week I had the quote and released them to do the work. Took them another two days and it was done!!! When I picked my mower up, the final bill was over $50 less than the quote and the mower runs and mows like a brand new one!!! The gentlemen even informed that if I send them my original receipt for the mower, he could get me a refund on some parts that were still under warranty!!!! I will only use Pasco Turf and Tractor for all my mower service needs!!! I recommend that everyone bypasses all the others out there and take your equipment straight to these guys!!!

These guys always have what I need. Ive practically entirely rebuilt the four Cub Cadet mowers on our ranch, and Ive gotten everything from Pasco Turf & Tractor. Theyre very competent and knowledgeable, and handle orders over the phone really well. Im in and out of there every summer. They have never failed to provide what I need. Pressure washers, tillers, mowers, generators. Ive worked on them all with parts and services from Pasco Turf & Tractor.
We had them do repair work to our golf cart. $300 and some dollars later the cart has the same issues plus while being repaired someone set a Honda tire or rim on the leather seat leaving a permanent mark. When we brought this up to them their only response was yea I noticed that. Very bad business practices!
After being told it would be 10 days it wound up taking almost a full month longer. Service guy said “they shouldn’t have told you that”. Played good cop bad cop then to complete an awful experience the mower was not fixed. When I called they said they would look it over and they would determine if it was ok or not. Not the way I do business so after several episodes I will never go back. Nor has anyone ever said they were sorry for the difficulties.

I called into the shop one morning and there was no one in the shop at the time except for the employee behind the counter, I asked him if he could sell me a belt replacement for my zero turn lawn mower ( I had the old broken belt with me so all he needed to do was measure it ) I was told very aggressively that he didnt have time to look up parts for me. I walked out !!I then drove to Wilsons Tractors on 301. purchased a replacement belt and was out of there in 10 minutes.I have purchased a lot of parts from this place in the past but I wont be doing so any more !!
We bought a scag about 2 years ago and have always dealt with turf and tractor for all our service and maintenance needs. Its always a pleasure; theyre reliable, fairly priced and quick on service. They have had our lawn tractor for repairs for about two months now. They are calling today with more things that they have found broken, and more costs. Why it has taken them this long to actually open it all the way up to see the problem, I cant tell you. We are coming up on the price that we could have just replaced the entire engine with a new one by now. After my husband got quite upset, they told us they would take $20 off, which is not amazing. I have been mowing three acres with a push mower all summer, while waiting on them to get their act together. When and if we ever get our equipment fixed, Ill update the review, hopefully with better news. As it stands though, I am not pleased at all.Update:They did get our lawnmower done shortly after the original review. The owner let my husband know that the staff should have let us know that borrower mowers were available when repairs could be delayed. That would have made a huge difference for us. The work that was done was done well, although we probably still would have gone with a new engine instead of a repair, considering what the price turned out being.
The customer service from Pasco Turf and Tractor is superior. Employees have gone out of their way to do extensive research for parts we needed. They excelled in getting the parts to our home even though we were out of state. That allowed family to make the repairs and continue our yard work for us. That service has made us dedicated customers, returning to make some major purchases. You cant go wrong in giving your business to Pasco Turf and Tractor. By the way...they had lower costs than several of the big box stores.

First time I have been here except for the fact the only have 4 parking spots, I parked in the alley in the back later found out mechanic shop gets upset about that. There is parking on the side of the road on the south side of the building. Other than the lack of parking the gentleman helping me was eating his lunch while helping me. He knew what parts I needed seemed to be very knowledgeable and easy to get along with. Good experience.
Horrible customer service. Walked in to buy a zero turn and couldnt get either of the two guys working to answer any questions. Definitely will not be purchasing a zero turn mower here. I didnt think a one star rating would even work because I cant imagine how the rest of the process works if I cant even give them money.
I bought my first zero radius mower from Rick Sr. two years ago and have been absolutely ;thrilled with it. I live on 10 acres and cut it all regularly with my 54 Hustler Raptor. Last year, it threw a belt because some mounting bolt came loose. Rick fixed it under warranty and had me back mowing within two days. I dropped my Hustler zero turn off here because it had a leaky valve cover when I got it back it had to new valve covers all new spindles a new belt and they sharpen the blades I am extremely happy all I asked for was the valve cover they went above and beyond

This is a response to Guy Brown’s review of doing business with Carts Unlimited in Zephyrhills. After reading his inadequate recollection of his visit and knowing the impact a review has on a business, I thought it was necessary to set the record straight. You see Mr. Brown, I was in Leslie’s showroom during your visit. As a sales representative, my visit isn’t the main priority to a business owner. Her customer’s are! Therefore I get the joy or sometimes should I say amusement of waiting on my customers to service their customers before they can spend time with me. I get to witness the two-way street. Leslie was more than accommodating to you. In fact, she went out of her way to assist you. You were irritable, chauvinistic, impolite and rude. Her so called “wanting to do all of the talking” was her effort to let you know you were a priority to her. Her consistent attempt to communicate her product knowledge to you and offer you a solution is what you call “going the extra mile” to provide excellent customer service. If you weren’t so argumentative and listened to what Leslie was saying, you would have resolved the matter much quicker. I believe the straw that broke the camels back was when you held your hands in the air and moved your fingers up and down in reference to a “babbling mouth”. That was when Leslie realized there was no help for you and decided not to take your abusive, narrow-minded behavior any longer. I can see by your additional review of another business on this site that challenging businesses with your intrusive behavior and writing negative reviews must bring you joy. I discourage anyone from believing your distorted accusations. Truth be known, if I was a business owner I would have dismissed you a long time before Leslie did. The situation was very clear to me. She was adamant to try and please you, and you wanted to challenge every single word out of her mouth because you know everything.

Worst customer service. Brought my push mower in they had it there for two weeks and still havent looked at it I called and they said it would be about another week or two before they were able to look at it. so I told him dont worry about it Ill pick it up and send it to someone else. Went to go pick it up and they want to charge me $30 for not doing anything to it and then giving me attitude on top of it yelling at me never ever going here again.

I brought my Tractor to them on July 3 2018 because it wouldnt run so they replaced the belt drive and it cost me about $320 for the total repairs. After a few weeks the belt broke and they charged me $44 again to put on another belt. Attached is a picture of the first belt they replaced and as you can see it has cracks on it, showing to me that they did not give me a brand new belt. I have had to come back multiple times because of this issue and I do not recommend this place for your repairs. The manager, Rick, is very rude and I would instead recommend a place that guarantees brand new equipment. I will never go to this place again.

I purchased a 60 Hustler, was in and out in fifteen minutes, mower not in stock but delivered in 4 business days. The transaction was so great I bought a Stihl trimmer and had it also delivered. This small business is great and recomended to anyone looking to deal with a no nonsense, friendly and great local dealer. I usually review things when a company emails a review request but have never gone out of my way like this to look up a google review to add a review, I am just this thrilled to have had such a good experience, they have a customer for life. Now the tire store down the street from my house is another story. I will go out of my way to tell the world of my very poor experience.
They always have the parts I need. I have never used the service department because I do my own work but I would take my mower there if needed. I called for a part and told the guy my wife was headed that way and he said he would go pull it now. She walked in and walked out no problem.

Drove around all day searching for a specific blade. Bought three that didn’t fit and we had to return. Someone referred me to this place and I called 5 minutes before they closed. I was 5 minutes away and asked if I could grab these if I made it there within 5 minutes and was told not to come because they wouldn’t let me in. Not a good look for a business of this size. We purchased our Toro Timecutter 52 from them 2 years ago for residential use, and purchased other yard tools also. Weve brought all our tools in for service, and sometimes to receive an education on what to do and not to do. They are patient, and share their outstanding knowledge to best fit the tools to our needs. Customer service is the best! They are very busy and rightly so...its hard to find that kind of relationship in a Box Store.

Straight forward, respectful and professional... You cant ask for anything better than that! I did my research prior to reaching out to PT&T but was still undecided between two models. I sent a late night FB message inquiring about the available of my two selections. To my surprise I received a message back within minutes, despite the sub-prime time. I was pleased to hear that they had both of the models that I was interested in available to show and purchase same day. I showed up the next day and met with Rick. He was well prepared and answered all of my questions without hesitation. He didnt try to upsell me on a more expensive unit that I really didnt need. The mower hasnt hit the grass yet so I cant comment on its Performance but based off of my research and a plethora of review reading I am certain I made the right choice with Cub Cadet. Took a brand new lawn mower in for service after one use. They told me it was the carbuerator from old gas. I went to the store and put gas in an empty can. I guess the store had bad gas. But the store dont got to pay the repair bill i do. Use another lawn mower repair service.you dont even know if they are telling the truth or trying to make money from you, cause i know for a fact it wasnt OLD GAS.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever encountered in my life I left a gas post hole auger there they had it for five weeks they told me they couldnt repair it until they received the fuel tank which was on backorder after I spoke with them I went on Amazon ordered one it will be delivered in 4 days they told me they called and left me a message I never received a message I spoke with them several times between the time I dropped it off in the time I picked it up they told me it would be done in a few days I finally called them on the 5th week and ask them again when it would be done and the guy told me the fuel tank was still on backorder and he wouldnt have it for a couple more weeks so I went to pick up the auger when I pick the auger up they gave it back to me in pieces the fuel tank was in a bag along with the screws they knew I was coming on that day because I called him early in the morning to tell them I would be there by the way the guy was extremely rude on the phone as well I dont know his name

Went in asked man at the desk if they sold steering arms for a craftsman mower. He Rudely asked model#. I answered not sure 42 21hsp craftsmen and do you even sell steering arms at all... he turned and walked away and started talking to another guy never came back over to me... never will I go back or send anyone there.
Use caution if you have your equipment serviced here. I paid hundreds of dollars for things that I did not even want done. And then the things that I originally asked to be repaired never got touched and I was told that basically it was my fault. Unprofessional atmosphere the people up front complain about not being able to take a lunch break when they should be thankful for the work that they have. Will never go back there again.
Brought in a push mower that needed drive unit work paid 30.00 just for them to look at it. I was told it would take 1.5 weeks. After 2 weeks I called and was told they were waiting on parts that would be there in 3 days. After 3 weeks was told part may be up front but no one has gone through the delivery to check. Told them I would take it up the road to Aedapt. I can understand being so busy work orders get backed up what I didnt like is they couldnt just be straight with me the day I brought the mower in and tell me they were really backed up and it may take several weeks or longer. They also had an opportunity to make it right by offering to refund me the money I already paid but they didnt even do that. I guess if I owned a business and regularly brought them work things may have been done a little more diligently . Bottom line, I have little doubt they know and are fully qualified to do the work right, but if your a homeowner in need of repair, dont bring your items there unless your not in a hurry to get it back.

I was hoping I didnt have to give any stars!But if you leave a review you have to in order to post!Never stepped foot into the store and the service was horrendous! Went this morning with my husband to see if they had gas cans.Pulled up in front of the shop to turn in the gate .There were 2 gentlemen moving lawn mowers. AS we proceeded to try to turn in one gentleman yelled and said we couldnt park there. When he turned off the mower to hear my question he said inside but you cant park there.We went around the side of the building looking for parking went around the block then back up the small dirt alley and parked by the back fence.Walked up to a young gentleman and asked what the other guys problem was .He said he didnt know but we couldnt park where we were parked because the guys would be opening the fence and it opens all the way towards the car.Husband says well where are we supposed to park .Kid says You just cant park there. He gave a few choice words and we left.It takes A LOT for my husband to get upset and he was quite pissed when we did leave. As we proceeded around the corner to leave The big burly looking guy with a beard GLARED at our car..needless to say...I was able to get my husband to continue elsewhere to find what we needed!. When will people learn that Customer service is the BIGGEST part of your business! If you dont like your job then its time to leave and go elsewhere! We will not be back!
If I could give zero stars I would. My husband went in today to replace our lawnmower belt, which he had in hand. He asked the woman behind the counter for the replacement belt and she asked him, what part number? He told her he didnt know it. She rolled her eyes at him and told him that she couldnt give him a belt if he didnt know the part number. He saw a belt measurer behind the counter and told her, You have a belt measurer, thats what thats for. She rolled her eyes again and told him with an attitude that she couldnt give him a belt unless he had a part number. She should be fired for treating customers this way, and if she was the owner, she needs to get out of the business if shes going to treat people this way. She definitely lost our business and Im going to tell as many people as I can to stay away from there.

I recently bought a universal light kit for my 2000 Club Car golf cart. The sales person, Leslie, sold me the wrong kit for appx. $100.00. I took it back and she ordered the correct kit. The cart was left for them to install - she advised me that the kits dont always fit properly and that sometimes the hole must be adjusted (cut) - i told her I did not want the front to have any gaps around the light kit - the adjustment or cutting they may have to do was ok if the kit covered the hole entirely. They installed the kit and did other work I authorized without any cutting of fiberglass. When I got the cart back, it ran well but the lights were not aimed; the beams were set to high and allowed you to see way down the road, but not 20 or 30 in front of you. I went and talked with Leslie and all she wanted to talk about was cutting telling me that it may be necessary - again showing me total impatience if I asked anything or commented about the kit. They picked it up, brought it in and Matt (serviceman) tried to aim the lights with a set screw which aims the lights in or out, but not down, and said nothing more could be done - when I asked further about cutting and adjusting the hole, he said that was for a cart which had no previous lights, and therefore no holes. I asked Leslie about what it would costs for OEM lights after she offered the option (which she had not offered me when I bought the kit) from Club Car and would she credit me for what I had pd. She was offended about me asking and complained that I did not trust her. She does not let the customer talk, she talks to hear herself and is very sensitive to customer complaints - she has very little patience with the customer. She said of course she would give credit, I told her I would try the lights that evening and if they were not better I would bring it back in. The continued to be argumentative and I walked away. I left, they brought the cart home (her husband) and advised me that they will not take the kit back (reversing their offer to give me credit for the $100.00 I had already spent) and that they have security cameras all over and that I spoke improperly (i asked questions and disagreed with her - never abusive or improper in any way) to Leslie his wife. This is a lie, complete bull and his returning the cart was meant to intimidate - pure and simple! Truth is, her temperament and insistence on being right and having the last word is not what you need in sales - you listen, you dont talk all the time! She was combative from my first visit in the morning until the lasts. I dont need this kind of treatment! I feel they are should not be selling Club Car equipment as they did not properly handle what should be a simple light kit replacement. After all the mumbo jumbo about different sized holes and having to adjust the hole for it to fit was just confusing talk - they installed in the same hole and returned it to me with lights that do not light up the road ahead (very good at lighting up houses 150 ahead). They are a dlr. for another brand and I have no experience with them for that brand. I am fully dissatisfied over this dealing - made very bad by the salesperson who insists on having the last word. I will not deal with them in the future! After all this, I took a screwdriver and adjusted the lights so they are adequate - they could have told me how to adjust the lights when I went in to complain - no they had to pick it up at my house, take it in where their serviceman showed me the adjustment screw - his adjustment was not good so I did it myself at home - and the owner complained to me that they had made to many trips to pick and deliver my cart - go figure, and think twice before you use them for anything unless you enjoy confrontation.
Service is good even though dour demeanor overall. Good selection of mowers, small tractors, utility carts, and landscape gas fed tools.
