To start I almost never give reviews. But felt this company deserved one. To start the sales part of our transaction was as smooth as could be. The quality of the home is top notch! But the most awesome thing was their continued support, not only through the building phase but the entire process!!! We bought a Fleetwood for a rental investment 3 months prior to ordering our Titan. Well the end process involves giving the manufacturer a list of issues needing fixed. Our list for the Fleetwood was given with photos in July 2021. Our list for Titan was given in oct 2021. Our issues were fixed without any questions from Titan!!!! They even replaced our fridge due to a dent in the door. Well needless to say not one thing has yet to be done on our Fleetwood repairs and we have been questioned about how the damage even happened to our brand new Fleetwood home. The list of our issues was literally 3 times larger then our list for our Titan home. Titan cares more about the quality of there work!!!!! Crystal was the most AMAZING support for our final phase. She truly went above and beyond!!! She was so professional and always made me feel that I was her only concern when we spoke! And the gentleman Casey that did our final inspection was also GREAT! So professional and most of all detail oriented. WE HAVE BEEN SO PLEASED WITH TITAN AND ARE SURE YOU WILL BE TO IF YOU CHOOSE THEM!The Tanners

Sales associate provided the information we asked for. Showed a couple models to us. It was the first time looking at the modular homes and got our curiosity satisfied.PERFECT!

Sales Manager Tracy was a fantastic help. She went above and beyond to make sure I was able to feel comfortable with my home selection while not being able to physically visit. The process was easy and fuss free and the quality of the Skyline Homes floor model I purchased was satisfactory. I am just at the beginning of this process and will continue to rate and comment through to make sure it will all be consistent.

I am a very picky buyer.After spending time with every manufactured home dealer within 200 miles.I have to say this is the very best experience I have ever had!I am so happy we went under contract today and look forward to finalizing the details with them for the next 6 months.Im hopeful to get my washer and dryer included!

We arrived and were greeted, the staff was very helpful, we met up with Jim and had all of our questions answered that we had asked, Jim showed us three homes we were interested in and was very pleasant, professional and friendly. Stopped in to compare to others near by for price and quality and was treated well but not much available to see in lower price range. And no options allowed to be ordered was turn off. But salesman was pleasant and informative.

Beautiful homes in just about everyones price range. We initially worked with Mitch, the General Manager, and he is fantastic. I suggest going up to view the different model homes they have. You wont be disappointed. If everything works out for us, we will be living in our home, that we designed for us, in August. We are praying everything works out as planned.

We were promised the moon and got scammed out of $5k. They said they would do all the leg work but I was the one working to get all the zoning and county stuff taken care of. Any time we called it was hit or miss if we would get a call back and often it was weeks later if at all. We were taken advantage of and lost a lot of money.I was recovering from serious car accident while all this was going on. Jimmy remembers us, it was around November 2020.

I just received a home from Titan Homes My salesman James Barfield . It seems that since Ive gotten my mobile home everyone has disappeared I have severe issues with my home it was set up not proper I got gaps in the ceilings . There is so much wrong with this home I cant even tell you what it is. Their contractors are terrible they didnt even fill in the holes for the water and sewer lines I had to get a hold of champion homes in the process of getting it fixed to them. Dont believe what Titan says they blow smoke and then they walk away.

We showed up without appt. and asked to see the models. they were very happy to show us the models and explain the ordering and purchasing process. Hayward was very helpful and polite answered all of our questions and offered huge knowledge of the products. we will definitely buy from him off we find a lot to sit out needs. Doug

I’m just so impressed with Titan homes! Aaron could not have been a more considerate, perfect person to show us these homes!! I’m sold on one all ready to go, I wish my house was sold already! It’s going up for sale, hoping to live in my dream home by 2021 !! Seeing is believing, and I’ve seen a few manufactured homes!!

We visited Titan in early November to look at examples of countertops, paint, carpet, etc. Although we were buying a Champion home from a different dealer, the fine folks at Titan (Ralph and Mitch specifically) were very accommodating and answered all of our questions. We highly recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a manufactured home.

Dropped by without an appointment and was helped promptly by Ralph. Very knowledgeable. Will definitely visit again soon when I am ready for my dream investment.

Asked if they had anyway to order parts for a 2004 champion . The lady suggested home depot. Home depot does carry special mobile home switches as they are self contained. I would rather hear I am sorry I dont know then be sent on a wild goose chase.

Worst experience of my life. As a first time home buyer, this should be an exciting time! But it was anything but that. It took us 5 months to get our house even started. Mitch admitted to purposefully putting it off. After finally closing, things starting moving along. Florida health department came out and did our soil sample but no holes were ever dug, it was not even marked on the submitted sight plan . We had a gate to the property and there was no entry nor communication for them to get our gate code. Mitch called us saying we needed to come up with 3k for an above ground septic, but we told him NO one in our neighborhood has one. After Mitch screamed and cursed at my husband on the phone ( VP Joe Wooldridge listened to their recorded phone call) we took it into our own hands and spent money to hire someone to prove them wrong. They claimed they would give us a reimbursement for this but we never received it. Our new sight plan was accepted and septic was done weeks later. Dirt was dropped off for the property in heaps and left. Now its time to deliver the home! No communication or heads up it was coming and at 10am our house was delivered.. They left the house in the middle of the road for 6+ hours and I called Kevin (since we are no longer allowed to communicate with Mitch) 3 times to figure out why nothing was being done. He said Jeff ( the set up guy) will be here on Thursday to move and set up the home. The house is covered by insurance so it will be fine where it is. So the house was suppose to sit in the MIDDLE of the road for 3 days! They claimed that our fence, which we took down when they were there, was in the way so they couldnt deliver it. But like I said, we took it down when they were there. Not only was the dealership an issue, but our brand new home had so many issues! Uneven walls that are extremely noticeable, very thin paint, bulging siding on the outside, doors that dont close, etc.-COMMUNICATION is terrible! You have to beg them to find anything out.- Filthy, lying business people that just want your money, and they will give you a hell of a time fighting you the whole way, up until they get it.Please, take your business somewhere else. And do not go with a Champion home

Shane was very interested in assisting us with planning out nine months and followed through with follow-up answers to our questions. He was fully engaged as a consultant rather than as a salesman. Thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Really impressed with how Kevin handles business. Highly recommend dealing directly with Kevin as he’s a man that gets things done.

Absolutely DO NOT recommend this site at all. Staff is VERY rude. Have tried multiple times to make an appt but seems all staff is always “ busy”. Recommend to take your needs to a different dealer.

We have been looking for the past 5 month. We dont have to wait for it to be built its right on there lot so in 6 weeks we will be living in our new house thanks to Titan, Tracy and her boss. I bought a model home from this company it was delivered the Monday before Thanksgiving and I moved in it mid January Very good turnaround time Every step of the way if I had an issue I sent an email and was responded to immediately even at night and on weekends In addition if it needed hands-on attention they were right here within a day or so I had an issue with the moving company I hired that showed up two weeks early before I even had stairs This company went out of their way to send someone over on a Saturday with only a days notice to put up stairs for me so that my furniture could be delivered.I find the quality of their home exceeds the other two companies that I looked at. One of the major pluses that I found was that they do not use that strapping every 4 feet or so that you see in older mobile homes This company uses drywall the other two companies models it was an upgrade to not have the strapping on the walls.I am very pleased with the service I received and the quality of my new home it was a great value for the money.

Ralph was amazing through the whole process! I asked way too many questions, changed my mind way too many times, and made his life difficult but he helped me every step of the way and never had a problem with it.

First time homebuyer here! Prices are comparable, if not more expensive than, modular/manufactured home factories in the area. Unless you REALLY want a mobile home, I would very seriously consider looking into Palm Harbor. My review on them and WHY we chose them over Titan is there. Titan will charge you for things we thought should be standard, and when we found out mobile homes + depreciation + future HELOC woes, we passed on the headache. Staff is mildly welcoming, in a car salesman type of way. Square footage and floor plans on their models earned them a 3rd star, however.
