It was a great experience, from walking inside the building I felt so welcoming. Marcela answer all my question I had, she also showed me around the facility which was great I was able to get the perfect storage for my stuff. If I ever move or need a storage for my stuff I would come here no Hesitation Marcela made everything go smooth. Thank you

I just got my storage room today. I couldnt ask for anything better. The ladies are baby dolls. They are the best customer service I came arcossed in a long time. I recommend them to anyone. A first appearance gets me. The facility is cleaned a plus and the ladies is a triple a plus.

Only re a problem was if youre on the property at 2200 you cannot get out your code wont open the door to leave, even to get your vehicle out. Pretty bad desi

I recently rented space from the location in East Lansing, Michigan. The staff member was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The facility was clean, secure and pleasant. Highly recommended.

Ive used Cubesmart for many years and Jeri has far exceeded all expectations with her knowledge and helpfulness-also this is a brand new facility sparkling clean with secure locking systems that take round keys. Both levels have direct access for loading-no elevators. Renting here has been a pleasant experience and Jeris efficiency well appreciated! Highly recommend.

Very pleased that I chose Cube smart at Zephyrhills, Andy & India were very help full and patient with the paper work, Showing me the unit and how to access it. I will use Cube Smart from now on.

A new facility, and a great experience with Andrew the manager . I will recommendUpdate, after only 6 months there they raise the rate substantially so that with the rental taxes and the stupid insurance, it comes out to $2,000 a year for a 10 by 10 space. Im not going to pay that, I moved out.I will say though, although I dont like the company, their staff there including Andrew where nothing but professional helpful and friendly. They need a raise.
