Had to get a replacement mirror. They got it for me by the next day but it turned out it was the wrong side. They took it back and got me the right one immediately. Great service friendly people that know what theyre doing.

The staff made me do all the work, too many bi- lingual, under staff, also no knowledge, of what is happening.

Went into the store just to get some new window wipers. A clerk named Danny immediately offered assistance, found us the right wipers, and checked us out. After we paid, he offered to install the wipers for no extra charge! Great service and will be going back for more help.

Tuesday evening, 8/11/2020, I came out of work and my Jeep would not start. I waited over two hours for AAA to show up and all they could do was confirm my battery was bad. They could not assist me further but the driver recommended I try getting to AutoZone on Sheridan in Zion. I managed to get my jeep started in Limp mode and get it to AutoZone. Daniel came to the rescue and analyzed the situation and specified the right new battery. He went way above and beyond his responsibilities and removed my old battery and installed the new one in less than an hour. I am deeply grateful to AutoZone for having such a motivated employee. I work in Zion but commute to my home in Milwaukee everyday so this could have been devastating to me as I was stuck without anyone nearby to call. Thank you Daniel, for your great customer service and it is nice to know that this kind of support is available nearby.

What I like about auto zone is how much help is given if needed say you need a headlight re placed or a fuse replacement someone will do it for you. thats a Good thing especially when it comes to women its a great big help.

I and my father went here to purchase a replacement heater for my vehicle. The staff member was very helpful got us the right part and check out was Great. Staff is very professional and great customer service.

We came in at the last minute with a huge problem with my truck alex was able to figure it out with in minutes so my truck came be up and running again so if u need any help come in and see him hes a cool honest worker

The staff here is amazing. Went in looking for an oil filter and a gallon of oil for an oil change. I usually am self conscious about looking stupid because I’m not a car guy by any means but the staff was helpful as hell! Offered to help me find the right oil filter instead of letting me waste my time flipping through to book.

Parts people are descent, prices are not to bad. Just always be on your toes. Remember to know everything about the vehicle you are working on. If its an engine part you better know the tire size... just saying

The employees are either very good to work with or are just jerks. You never know which personality youre going to get. I try not to go there unless I half to. Hate to answer that way but you never know. Sorry guys but your people skills can really suck.

Zion Autozone has its good and bad days, but always provide great advice and knowledge. They usually have better prices than all the local auto parts stores and if not they’ll beat the price as long as you bring proof of the price and part. Big John has pretty good mechanical knowledge and always does his best to give everyone a better picture of what’s going on. Besides the store getting pretty busy and having to wait sometime, it’s not a bad auto parts store at all.

Good people who just want to help you with your cars. Mechanics are a waste of time. They are only smart enough to waste your money and then I figure it out for my self anyways. The mechanics have good tools but thats it. Im tired of them guessing and telling me guesses on what is wrong. I might as well do it my self no matter what it takes. Thank goodness for Auto Zone

Visited this location as I have an alley mechanic that had me purchase a sensor online, twice, because he said that the first one was the wrong side. After being told the second one was also the wrong size, I visited this location to compare the part with what they had in stock. Honestly I was expecting that they would just tell me to buy the part from them, but the gentleman I dealt with was super nice and cross referenced the info I gave him, the part number on the box I brought in, and their part number, brought out the part they sold, and physically confirmed that they were all one in the same. He spent a good amount of time being helpful without making any sale from me that day, but Ive definitely gone back since. (Turned out the problem was with the mechanic and after visiting a legit shop my part was installed within 20 minutes.) These guys are great and I am super thankful for their help that day!

Lazy employeeI went in for a new battery and you could obviously tell the employee did not want to be there. He was moving incredibly slow and would barely move his mouth to talk. Incredible frustrating and uncomfortable.Nevertheless I got the battery after almost having to put my ear to his mouth to hear him.

The employees were very helpful and I didnt have to wait too long to be helped.

Very nice staff and very helpful. Had some challenged replacing a snow blower belt and they explained how belt sizes work which was a huge help so I could figure out what mine needed.

I have taken my car here a couple of times and left feeling I have gotten great honest work at a great price. Both times I had my car back the same day after dropping it off.

I drive a lot and my tire pressure light came on. So I went to Auto Zone to purchase a tire gauge. After using the gauge, I had a question but the Service guy was outside on his break. But I asked him my question anyway. He was great! He came and showed me where to find the information I needed and answered my question about my tires. He was VERY HELPFUL unlike those guys at Jiffy Lube in Zion.

Every time I go in they are under staffed. Its supposed to be free loan a tool but they were charging me $20 to borrow a fan clutch wrench. My girlfriend went one time and bought a windshield wiper and they refused to install it for her because of under staff. They are pretty pricey so definitely shop around for better prices. Without sounding like a terrible person The manager there is very fat and unhealthy and seems to take it out on his employees & customers. He is incredibly slow and not the nicest guy. New management is needed asap. Go to the New Orielys on 173
