I went casually browsing for seasonal items for next spring and summer. There was a great variety of clearance items at the Kenosha location. The salesman in lawn care was so helpful. He literally scanned every item to make sure that it was marked down. He also explains items that I wasnt familiar with. Interactioned with my grandsons and took time to stop and help me whenever I had a question. Great day and I purchased a lot of deals for next year!!

Nice place to go with the little ones. Plenty of games and all of them were in working order. A wide variety of age appropriate games as well. Very good deal for the price of each game with 1 credit per play the average. Good ticket payouts, but the redemption is a little high. Good selection of items to chose from, and of better quality than you would expect.

Always able to get help to get items that are up high. Lots of pleasant people work there. I like this store.

They could have a few more lanes open for cashiers, and someone at the jewelry counter. Please and Thank you.

One out of fifteen checkout lanes open, self check out is eternally busy, and leaving the store is now like entering a prison with your groceries and receipt being scanned by four different guards at both entrances.You will not feel welcomed.Generally good parking though.

Recent remodel makes such a wonderful difference! Always well stocked on sale items.

Too many empty shelves, and no one stocking. About a dozen personal shoppers terrorizing customers, but no one stocking empty pasta, candy, salad dressing etc. The only stock being maintained appears to be the items maintained by vendors, like pop, chips, bread. No sense shopping here if I need to make another trip to a different store.

I ordered groceries online and did not get all my thing I Encourage you not to do that ever!!!!! Oh and not just groceries a whole crockpot this is by far the worst service ever it said my order was going to be delivered through fed-ex but I got Gloria instead then she tried to compare them to Amazon 🙄 at least they make sure your items that you purchased has been packaged and shipped unlike Walmart this company makes too much money off of people not to be making sure they have all their items checked and accounted for before being delivered shame on Walmart this is unacceptable!!!!

I always order to pick up or have delivered, I know theyre sick of me🤣🤣🤣 just like my husband and sons.My only objective is many items out of stock and that sometimes on Google item cost one price but upon purchase its a different price and even if I screenshot what it says they do not want to honor that price originally seen online. I wish they were still 24 hour.

Not my local Walmart drove a friend to do some shopping in his home area bringing us to this location. Didnt find any problems staff and store condition met or exceeded Walmart expectations. Store was well stacked and clean appeared to be staffed properly with friendly staff members also was not overcrowded and easy to navigate through quickly. Thanks Walmart team Zion for upholding standards making our shopping experience what weve come to expect and rely on from a Walmart supercenter Store.!!

I asked for half a pound of honey turkey.The lady gets started. Then a couple minutes go by. She is down by the hit food area helping other customers. Even though I was there first. Thankfully another Lovely worker came and helped me. I saw the hickory turkey. Asked if it was just bbq and not spicy. I got that. Whilst she was finishing up. The original ride worker came back and it looked like she started slicing honey turkey. I just thanked the good worker for my hickory Turkey and left. Did not even look at bad worker as I left.

Plenty of parking, good gas in parking lot make a big thumbs up, need to upgrade the customer service, need to train very well the cash service area, i was not allowed to send money with my PR ID and that was a shame that employee did not know how to accept the Legal ID i have, and did not want to call any manager at all, rejected and bye he said, NOT GOOD NOT FAIR,....but that was just only one that day, but they need to upgrade service, and get the kids out, which i can see the losts are big.

Its alright. The Gurnee and Zion Walmarts are better stocked.

I had a tire installation appointment @10 a.m. I arrived 15 minutes early. They immediately had a problem because the tires werent staged. The tires were in the rack with my name on them. 45 minutes later they pulled the tires off the rack. I told them I was keeping the old tires, they charged me a disposal fee. I didnt leave until 12:00 p.m. Very disrespectful and rude.

Purchased two items online to be delivered to this location. Was told it will be available for pick up today between 2-3pm. Get there and only was only given 1 out of two items. The associate never told me it was only one item, I had to ask her as she was walking away. She told me they were out of stock and I will be refunded. Whats the point of purchasing online if the product is no longer available even though the website said it was and I had paid for the purchase?

Compared to the Walmart in Kenosha, I actually like this one better. Almost always have what I need and a much better shoe and clothing selection. I also really like how you dont have to speak to a person when you do the pick up in store! I want to get my stuff and go ... not have to wait FOREVER & 27 DAYS

I mean, its definitely Walmart - they cant help who their clientele base is. They do have an expanded self-checkout area which is good for quick checkouts, but I cant really comment on any kind of consistent standard checkout experiences as I essentially use the self-checkout exclusively. It is one of the cleaner locations and has generally helpful staff!

Was waiting at Jewelry counter to buy an item, waited 20 minutes, and had some page 3 times for assistance only to be told the the person had just gone to lunch. Funny thing was the item was in the case. Just needed someone to grab it. Not happy. Usually I have good service here.

I like that walmart is very convenient, you can find pretty much anything here. The few problems that I can think of are, the checkout lines are always full of people, you can only purchase cigarettes in 1 line, the managers dont help if its busy, and they have horrible customer service. I hate going to Walmart, so I mostly buy online and do curbside pick up.Like I said its very convenient to shop at Walmart, if u dont mind the lines, the people, and the bad attitude.

This is one of the best super Walmarts in the United States very clean band the employees are very helpful.

Below standards, shelfs were not stocked. The whole store was a waste of time. This was the worst Walmart I have ever been in.

I got lucky and came the day before corporate was scheduled to visit so the garden section sorting through their plants and putting them on clearance. I got five beautiful babies for only $24! That alone was the original price of my begonia I chose. Its unfortunate that the standard is only upheld when the store runs the risk of getting a bad review/ eval from their headquarters because a lot of those plants were poorly taken care of. The staff that day was very friendly and helpful, but I found out that they had the staff working extra hard to finish, with no break, to make the people higher up look well.

Well stocked shelves and friendly atmosphere. Recommend for sure.

Walmart what can I say...dirty parking lot filthy bathroom crowded isles and not enough cashiers. Same as can be expected.Had to stop and pickup a couple items.

It was wal mart. Didnt appreciate being asked to show the receipt on my way out. All for flowers that were in its own bag. Cart full of other groceries in Wally world bags.

I did my first order online and pick up. It was awesome! I will definitely use that service again. The employees that brought my groceries out were both very, very nice.

The worst Walmart of all time. Don’t expect much from the staff. The rude staff fulfilling orders just want to run you over with their carts 🛒 any chance they get. I wouldn’t go out of my way to stop there.

I ordered groceries for delivery. They called shortly after 8 on the night they were to be delivered and said that they didnt have a driver to deliver them, but I could call the next day to have them delivered or just pick them up. After calling 4 times throughout the day, I opted to just go get them. After an hour and 20 minutes and talking to 4 different employees regarding the order, I left. Shortly after getting home, the store called about my order and asked if I wanted a refund. I said yes, there was silence for about 10 seconds, then she hung up.Now I am left with no groceries and no refund. I will have to waste more time trying to get a refund through the 800 number.

Its always a great experience at this store. The store is always brightly lit, clean, and mostly fully stocked. I am always greeted warmly by the the staff. I also like the fact they always have sanitary wipes for the carts and hand sanitizer upon entering the store.

Fast and friendly - 10 stars for Auto Department Team, tire repair under $20 and installed, thanks so much for your help - 6/17/21 Also I spend another $45 on other things too (non auto service) a toy and an auto tool for tire change emergency, not sure what Tire Plus (Waukegan) manager problem is, they most likely lost a customer, keep getting problems with Tire Plus on getting a tire repair

Service is excellent, almost anything you need you can find it in Wal-Mart. The one stop store. And if you enjoy people watching its the place to go. Now we have to wear the masks. Some of the people are very creative. Some are humorous and some are scary.

Was disappointed in the low stock of items I needed. Cashiers were very talkative to each other and barely acknowledged the customers. Walmart is going downhill.

Once again Walmart pick up fails. This is the second Walmart I have tried pick up service. This one is out of my way but worked the first time. Tonight they decided to pack my trunk with orders that were to be delivered. When I called they had the gal to ask if I wanted to drive back there with the wrong items. not like it was my mistake. Sloppy store! So many items lying around in areas that didnt belong! Only came here, because it was close to my house. Never again! I also got jipped a total of $2.36 between 2 items that were marked on sale, and I was charged full price at the register! Check your receipts closely people!

Place was trashed on Valentines day eve, go figure. Left empty handed. This place is usually decent, but customer service was not in a helpful mood and same for floor staff. Not up to the challenge for that holiday rush, might as well have been black friday.

Very disappointed tonight. There is like 10 registers and none of them are open. Only self pay is open and there is a big line of about 40 people waiting in line to pay. And none is doing anything to help.

Always enjoy the time I spend in this Walmart, fully stocked, neat and clean.

If you buy food at this Walmart,be careful to make sure its not past the sell date. I bought a loaf of aunt millies bread and when I opened it,it was loaded with mold! Another time I bought heinz ketchup that was on sale and it expired in 2 days plus,it didnt even have a seal on it. So be careful.

Best thing to do is go on line and see if there in stock whith what your looking for, save you some gas if you find out there out of what you were wanting to get.

Seemed like a typical Walmart to me. It was fairly clean and well maintained.I visited in February of 2021.

Ordered a nintendo switch console for pickup....got home unboxed and realized it was a used/ beat up console already.....they would not accept exchange only return. People check your valuable items in front of customer service before leaving with items for your own proof/protection!

Its a place where the security May ostracize you but overall a okay experience.

This Walmart “Pickup” process is horrible they are by far the slowest Walmart in the area at expediting orders. Be prepared to sit and wait anywhere from 20 mins to over an hr to pick up an order. Don’t bother calling they never answer the phone you will be sent to voicemail. If you are Doordashing or delivering for pay just don’t take the order it will ruin your day and take up so much of your time they will literally ruin your earning potential for the day!
