I dont know what Hal Wright is talking about. Ive been a loyal customer of 1st Class Firearms and I only purchase my firearms from these guys. They know what there talking about! Always willing to help you out! Definitely recommend the guys at 1st Class cause thats what they are!

Ive been going to 1st Class Firearms since they were operating out of the basement of their home. I bought my first handgun from them. A used Taurus PT1911 (Goldie I named it). Fired over 4000+ rounds thru it and never had any problems, misfires, stovepipes, etc with any brand of ammo that I used. Craig and company are the greatest when it comes to the well being of their customers.

I recently moved to the area and had a transfer done here. Its a small place, transfer price was reasonable, employees were friendly and helpful. No upselling or sleazy salesman experience. They had some good used gun options as well.I would definitely recommend.

1st class firearms - last class service. Absolutely the rudest place Ive ever been to. They have NO IDEA what customer service is. Ive walked out of this store twice in the last month because they ignore customers. By the way I purchased a $660 handgun SOMEWHERE ELSE and they were happy to make the sale!

Craig and Chris are super helpful and answered all my questions. If they dont have what you are looking for at the store, he can probably get it for you. I drive out of my way to shop here 💞 👍

For the most part I love the people there there is a tall guy with tattoos and glasses that has always been super helpful but I went and bought a new shotgun yesterday and a shorter older gentleman pretty much seems like I was inconveniencing him. If you dont have to deal with him you will have a great experience

Fantastic experience here. I frequent multiple gun shops, especially when Im about to make a purchase. I stopped here and Ariel went above and beyond to help me with my purchase since I wasnt sure exactly what I wanted next. He spent a lot of time with me and was happy to help. I did make a couple more stops before making a purchase, but I came to 1st class to buy my new sig 1911 tac ops. When I picked it up Ira went through the whole firearm with me, made sure I knew everything I needed to know about it, and again, he was happy to help me. Great guys and I will continue to come back. NO!Not first class at all There is a certain honor a business has to uphold to a customer who has already paid. The owners here failed badly. I had a repair to a firearm which I paid for in full, parts and labor. Within 24 hours I noticed that the gunsmith had blown it by breaking the new part and needed to order a new part and install it. SEVEN WEEKS WENT BY and they gave every excuse why the part would not come in. Every time I called they always told me they would call me back. Out of the six or seven times I was told this, no return call ever came. Of course he refused to admit that it was his fault for breaking the part. Ok, then if you insist that this is not your fault and wish to wait the endless months for warranty replacement to come in then at least show integrity and accountability to a customer who paid you MONTHS ago and order the part and replace it and wait yourself for the warranty part yourself. Dont keep my gun for MONTHS ON END claiming the warranty people arent treating you right.Finally I just went over there and got my broken gun and took it to Maxons who had it fixed in 72 hours. First class firearms kept the money for work not done and the money for breaking MY part that I bought. They owe me money for parts and labor that they didnt do.No Honor, no integrity, no accountability and no HONESTY!
