Just cannot say enough positive things about this company. Worked with Sean on planning installation of our new OLED panel. Our project was not large by any stretch however we felt like we were treated as though we were installing a whole movie theater. Attention to every detail was made. The OLED is gorgeous and the audio set up they recommended is perfect for us. After the install we had a couple issues with the audio and picture, not due to their install. They came out promptly and diagnosed the issue and had it fixed without fuss. The crew that completed the install were always professional and courteous. We look forward to doing more business with Sean / Triphase as we continue to add to our new home. Thank you!!!

Triphase was the absolute best part about our new build! I met with multiple audio/visual specialists and none were as responsive or as dedicated as Sean and the Triphase team. Our project was very large and they went out of their way to work with us every step along the way. They were able to integrate everything in our home from the screens on the Lanai to the Dolby Atmos 11.2 system in the basement. They even created an amazing outdoor area with multiple tvs and some truly fantastic speakers. Anytime a slight problem occurred, they immediately reached out and made sure to correct it. Again, I could not be more pleased with Sean and the team at Triphase and would highly recommend them for any project big or small!

Theres nothing worse for a football fan on a Sunday morning than to find out your TV is not working. Brett showed up on a Sunday and enthusiastically got it fixed in time for Colts game. Go Blue! and Tri-Phase!

My wife and I were impressed with the professional team from TRIPhase. We had a whole house built in entertainment and speaker system that needed upgraded and contacted them for a quote. Everyone we interacted with was courteous and knowledgeable. They provided a few options for us and made some adjustments based on our feedback. They completed the install without issue despite the poor wiring that was present from the previous system. We have been extremely happy with our new system. We highly recommend TRIPhase and will use them in the future.

Ive seen through a local builder that they do great work and this is why we called them. Rocky came out to our house almost 2 months ago and after me following up at least 4 times, we still have no quote. Not sure why he wasted our time like this. Very unimpressed. He kept citing how busy he was as an excuse for wasting our time and never delivering the quotes he kept promising week after week. We ended up going with Technology Interiors and had the full scope outlined and quoted within 12 hours, their tech expert walked our job the next day and we scheduled install dates that worked for us. As a business owner I cant stand when people dont follow through on their word and treat customers like they are unimportant.
