Burnside took great care of me and definitely went the extra mile. I was in and out to drop off and pick up in no time and they even finished the work 2 days ahead of schedule. My car looks great and I highly recommend Burnside!

Excellent service. When I dropped my car off at Burnside there was a problem with my rental. They called my insurance and the rental company on my behalf and got everything sorted. Would highly recommend this place!

I was initially satisfied with the repair. Once I drove my vehicle, I noticed a few things wrong.1. My passenger window was not reprogrammed. (Burnside easily fixed)2. Windshield was not installed as well as it was installed the 1st time. I say that because when vehicle was dropped off, there was no air or whistle noise coming through. Burnside alongside my insurance is willing to fix but it has taken over 12 additional days to fix.3. Burnside told me they had the dealer do an alignment. I went to the dealer for an oil change and they did a 6 point inspection and the vehicle failed the alignment test.Mind you, the repairs to the vehicle costed $18k to my insurance and Burnside had the vehicle for nearly 6 weeks. Given the chance again, I would definitely take it to a different body shop.

My SUV looks brand new, and the service was amazing! They were very communicative and even helped move things to and from the rental car.

The customer service is OUTSTANDING, from walking in and promptly being helped, by Rita, at the front desk to my service adviser, Bryant, who was meticulous and communicated with me every step of the way. To mention they finished my repairs ahead of schedule!The craftsmanship was impressive - my Lexus looks brand new!

4 days after moving to Indiana I had my first accident and was dreading the whole repair process. But the second I booked my appointment with Burnside I felt a million times better about the situation. The repair was finished 3 days ahead of schedule, which is amazing by itself. Not only did they make the exterior look perfect, but the interior looked better than it should have after just having my cat and stuff in it for an 11 hour move.

I filed a claim through Geico at Burnside. Not only did they make my car’s exterior look perfect again, they took the time to detail and make it look brand new on the inside, too.Rhonda was especially helpful and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I felt like they really cared about providing the best experience and service, which means I’ll definitely be back should the need for repairs arise again!

They were a day late and couldn’t update me on the process or if my car was for sure there at that moment. Didn’t plug my headlight back in. The damage wasn’t anywhere near there even. However, the car looks good after the work, just took too long and got sloppy.

Best collision shop in the indy area. Friendly. Did the job right and fairly quickly.
