I want to personal thank Chris Plopper and his crew. Last year I was looking for a mattress. I couldn’t find the right one that fits my needs and I’m like most people that don’t want to be bothered when shopping around. I am not educated on this matter but I decided to look for a mattress here at Village Mattress in Lebanon, IN. The experience I had was extremely amazing. Chris noticed that I was looking and started asking me what I was looking for. He educated me on the different types of mattresses and asked me questions that no one really asked me before. For an example, are you a side sleeper or do you sleep on your back or on your front? After answering him about being a side sleeper he showed me all his beds that are comfortable with people sleeping on your side. I will tell you I had the best experience. Chris and his crew are the best at what they do. Have any questions on mattresses they have the answer and if they don’t they are not afraid to say I will get back with you on that. I appreciate Chris for the knowledge and experience that he shared with me. Try them out you will not be disappointed!

Came in from out of town to get a New mattress for my mom. I know I could have done this on line, but I wanted to ensure a smooth process. The team at Village Mattress could not have been more professional and personable. The quality of their selection is fantastic. Even the least pricey selection is of superb quality. I was not made to feel bad because I was asking for their more affordable choices. The process was unhurried with their complete attention, and no question was too silly or small. We walked out happy and confident that my mom will be comfortable in her new bed by the end of the week! I can not recommend Village Mattress any higher. Chris and his team do an outstanding job with customer service. We bought our bed in September 2017 and had a minor problem with the frame. They were responsive and care about their customers. Love this kind of old-fashioned service and attention to detail.We also love the bed that we bought there and are disappointed to sleep in very nice hotels.

We bought a mattress and frame from Village Mattress back in 2017. We were having trouble with our frame raising and lowering today. He directed us immediately to someone who could help us reset the bed over the phone. Great customer service!!! And we love the bed!!

The staff were nice, I was looking for spring/foam combo, but the majority was foam only. Prices were same as the rest. Selection was modest.

Chris, the owner, is a very good person. He made my experience of mattress shopping very easy and delightful. He is very passionate and knowledgeable.
