I went to Next Level first when owned by Len Titone. Len was very good and explained everything in laymans terms. He then sold the business to Gary Lents. Gary is completely the opposite from Len. He does not explain things well and has a habit of not looking you in the eyes when speaking to you. He nickle and dimes you to death and charges you for conversations and other aspects of accounting that should be covered. Furthermore, he has made a mountain of errors. I have had to amend my taxes for this past year to fix major mistakes he made as well have numerous phone calls to the state IRS to pay fines for when he did not file stuff on time. Yes, he refunded the money he charged me to file my taxes but it has cost me much more than his fee in the penalties and hassle of having to fix his mistakes. I highly recommend that you do not go to this man for your taxes. I go to Jody at Midwest Tax Group and finally have peace that my taxes are being handled by someone who knows what they are doing and wont continually drop the ball.
