Mark Albers worked on our 1960 Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud II after it had been standing in our garage for more than 4 years with a non-working breaking system. In addition to fixing the breaks, he fixed the heating and cooling (AC) systems, the malfunctioning windshield wiper system, the leaking power steering system, and made many other improvements and upgrades. The car just showed in an impromptu neighborhood car show over the 4th of July weekend and everyone was super impressed with the car. They commented on how beautiful the engine compartment looks. The car handles and drives much better than when we took occupation more than 10 years ago. Overall, Mark did a fantastic job.

Had two experiences with this dealership. In the beginning of 2020 - provided me the wrong sized part. As far as service, in June of 2021 - refused to even identify the issue with the air suspension after I hit a pothole. Mind you, the dealership is about an hour away and it’s the closest one for me. Rude representative in general - “we won’t work on it, it has a history of being in an accident, have a good day, click”. Tell me what’s wrong with it, at least! I can only wish for them to be in the same situation, when they hit a pothole and nobody would help (for paid service, mind you). Perhaps their sales staff is better, but I’ll make sure to never give them my business. There are proper Bentley locations in Chicago you can go to and at least it’s next to a real city

They leased me a Bentayga and didnt tell me the warranty would expire 6 months before the lease is due. So now I have to buy a 1 year warranty for $6K. So shady. When I called and asked about it, they said that it was in the contract that I signed. So I guess I would suggest having your lawyer or someone on your team to that effect to read your lease or purchase agreement before signing it with them. Since they evidently avoid transparency on some key things. Like that your warranty is going to expire 6 months before your lease is due.

The best car dealer in town, and its next to Dairy Queen. How cool is that while they are working on your 390k car you can plop over to the DQ and get your favorite blizzard. Beats those champaign drinks and fancy Finger foods. Need a real drink. Waddle across the street to the Friendly tavern. Be careful cops are bored and like to pull you over. Enjoy our town we do.

Bentley zionsville is the best car dealership ever.

I had to find parts for a 1950s Rolls Royce, not only did Bentley Zionsville have them in stock, they shipped them to Texas in a hurry and they were at our door in under a week. We will certainly be using them again for our parts needs.

Visited this place as part of a business group. This is a small town family dealership and is everything a business like this should be.
