The lady was so rude on the phone with me. I work independently so they said the couldnt accept my payment using debit when the website clearly says they accept debit and nothing about having to use a company card to order. The lady on the phone mocked me to my face as if it is OK to treat people like that the tone in her voice was as though I was somehow less than her and it was OK to make me feel that way. Not OK to do at all! Id give negative stars if I could.
