Within hours of closing on our new home we had a Phantom Screen installed. This was the absolute perfect solution to our westward facing patio and the sleek looking mechanics fit the modern decor seamlessly. It was a pleasure working with both the sales and installation staff & I would whole heartedly recommend this product to anyone looking for privacy and weather protection.

I want a screen door installed in my Sprinter RV. I already have a Phantom in my old RV and have been very happy with it. When I called this place, they said they will not install in RVs without giving a reason and were very rude and hung up on me.

Warning ladies - Dale will not treat you the same as your husband. The scheduling guy was great - very polite and worked with me. Then I waited for 1 hr then had to leave and the crew showed up while I was gone so they had to wait for me to return. They didnt apologize when I got there - making me wait then no call or anything to let me know they wouldnt be there during the window they said - bad start!! I do love my doors I just wouldnt recommend talkign with Dale as he is not respectful to women. He treated my husband totally different. Dale also wasnt nice to his crew - I overheard a speaker phone conversation.
