I bought an item from this provider and paid in advance. After waiting almost two months for delivery, I found out that the item was in the meantime, without having been informed, at customs and was finally sent back to the seller.To try again, I wanted to continue calculating the shipping costs. I did not agree with this because the failed delivery was not my fault.I have received the entire amount paid back, but the provider obviously does not want to make another delivery attempt, possibly with an alternative delivery method.My last contact requests as well as a new order were simply ignored.Its a shame that customers who are willing to buy are simply dumped after an incident that is not their fault. In any case, this is anything but customer-friendly!
