Terribly disappointed in my experience there. After spending $270.00 my car window still doesn’t work. They just shrugged it off. Sorry, not sure why it doesn’t work. I’ve never dealt with a company that doesn’t actually try to fix the problem and just gives up.

Abilene Auto is amazing! They called me back after hours and asked me questions to figure out what I needed. I thought I had to get my windshield replaced immediately due to safety issues but Jeff assured me it was not an immediate safety hazard and if I didn’t need to do it right away to call him back. I scheduled it for the next day because it was a great price compared to other places that quoted me. Heck my Ford dealership never even returned my two calls. Glad they didn’t now because I’m sure it would have cost me triple what Jeff charged. He was very honest and kind. They even gave me a ride to work and picked me up when it was done so I didn’t have to find a ride. It only took about two hours to replace which is important because I use my car for work. I definitely recommend them!!!

I was from out of town visiting family, these folks were just great to work with. They found a windshield in Boston and had it flown in. They completed the job quickly and at half the price of SafeLite. Very easy to work with, honest and capable. Thanks Abilene Auto Glass

Absolutely amazing people. I went there expecting to have to replace the windshield. The man that came out said let me see if we can fix it instead of replacing it he could have said you need to replace the windshield and on my Jeep it would have been over 500.00 but he was honest and was able to fix the Crack and it only cost me 45.00. Ive used him a total of 3 times and I am very grateful for him being so honest. I highly recommend them. They are very fast and do it right the first time. Its been about a month now and the crack has not spread.

I had really high hopes for this place since the reviews where great, but have been very disappointed. I guess if you dont have a straight forward problem that needs to be fixed they cant help you. My car is still leaking in the top right hand corner where the windshield and car meet. I also asked them each time I had taken my car in if they would silicon underneath the trim where I think the leak might be coming from (which they said they could/would do, they never did). This could have been a 15 mins and cheap simple fix, but they replaced the entire windshield.... that not what I asked for but its already been done and so I paid the $300+ they charge. I wont be back. Anyone else that goes just make sure you are very clear what you need/want done.

These folks are awesome I had a windshield put in a few days before and the adhesive didnt take so my windshield literally fell out and these people fixed it for me I would recommend anybody to go there if youre going through Abilene

Awesome group of guys. Got my work truck windshield installed promptly with little down time.

I have had 3 rock chips fixed at Abilene Auto Glass. The first two were fixed quickly and affordably & have held up great! The third was already too far gone to fix when I brought it in. They warned me that it would likely continue to spread, but they were nice enough to still take the time to put resin on it to try to hold it off as long as possible, and they did it free of charge! Very happy with their service & will continue to use them for my auto glass needs.

Had my windows tinted by The Window Guy Xerxes Lara at this establishment. He did a great job on the window tint, and all of the staff at Abilene Auto Glass were very helpful, and accommodating of me and my 5 year old daughter, while we waited in their waiting room for the job to be completed. Highly recommend their service!

Always call ahead to check and see if your vehicle is ready. Otherwise there are restrooms and a nice waiting area youre welcome to use.

Worst glass replacement and shoddy workmanship Ive experienced in 50 years of any type of repair on any type of vehicle. I am only giving 1 star because it wont post without selecting a rating. If there was a negative 5 thats what Id rate Abilene Auto Glass.

This is the very best place to go for windshield service. Get a chip fixed or a brand new windshield. They are great people to work with. Jeff is the guy to fix your broken windshield.

Abilene Auto Glass replaced my windshield this morning and did an exceptional job! Safelite quoted me $500 with a 7 day turnaround, which was not ideal. I brought my truck in to Abilene Auto Glass and it was done within two hours (on New Years Eve!). It was also half the price!

I went here and they did a great job on both my windows. I am so pleased that they were nice enough to fit me in and get both windows on my vehicle fixed. Thank you guys.

After two windshields replaced. They never vacuum the dashboard, leaving debree all over the place. They had the vehicles all day long, why dont they own a shop vacuum

Just had my back glass in my ram replaced. It was easy fast and looks great Im am very happy with the job they did and it was a hundred and fifty dollars less than anywhere else in abilene.

Im from out of town and my window fell into the door, they got it fixed in a few hours, and were able to get me in same day which was very helpful for me. Window seems to work better than before it fell. Very friendly individuals!

Called 10.07 & scheduled windshield chip repair & thought I had an appointment. Showed up 10.09 & advised no chip repair because overcast skies & resin cant harden & windshield cant be wet. So, I get conditions have to be right, but that wouldve been nice to know when calling initially so I didnt take time off work & spend the time driving over. No apology. No offer to leave vehicle & give ride home. No discount offer. No acknowledgment or consideration of the inconvenience. I was a return customer but cant justify going back again because it doesnt seem like they really need the business or have a moral code of caring for others the way they would care for their own. Called Auto Glass off Leggett instead, received a quick & courteous response, have an at-home appointment scheduled today, & for $5 less. I hope this helps someone and that maybe today was just an anomaly for Abilene Auto Glass. 2 of 5 rating because my initial repair there went smoot but this subsequent trip is unacceptable.

We had a drivers side door window get shattered on a team trip to play in Abilene. The temperatures were below freezing, and we were staying overnight. It would have been a tough drive with nothing but plastic hanging over the window, but Abilene Auto Glass got the job done! They did all the work while the team was playing a game, and with excellent quality work. The price was lower than our deductible, and that is hard to do in this day and age. I would recommend this company to anyone needing vehicle glass work!

Had my windshield replaced on Dec 24,2019. So far Ive had no issues with my new windshield, looks and fits well. Im giving 4 stars because my car was a mess inside after the installation. I understand they are not cleaners, but my dashboard and seats had glue on them. There is still some glue stains left after cleaning my vehicle. This is something they could work on, who wants to have a brand new vehicle messed up.

These guys are amazing. I am traveling from New Mexico to Houston. My windshield cap on the top got loose. I stopped by for repair. Twenty minutes later they returned the car and wished me a blessed day. No charge. On top, they were extremely friendly. Just amazed. Thank you.

Had to go back 4 times in order for them to fix my windshield which they replaced. It kept whistling as we were driving every time we came back they made 50 excuses of why it was making noise fact of the matter it didnt make noise when I drove in but now that they replaced it now it does. Then he wanted to charge me more money for something else. I dont think so.... Well lets see if 4th round works. If I could give no stars I would.

Honest and REALLY nice folks. They drove us to a restaurant while they worked on our car (without us asking). Told us there were 3 chips but when it came time to pay said one had already been filled so charged for 2.

Awesome customer service. We were caught in a hailstorm while driving through Abiline and they were able to fit me in before anyone else in the area. They made our car a priority knowing we were from out of town and staying at a hotel until our windshield could be replaced.

The gentlemen at Abilene Auto Glass became my knights in shinning armor. After a horrible experience trying to get ahold of the previous glass company (installed a brand new LEAKING windshield), I called AAG at 4pm and asked if they could take a look and fix it today. Everyone I spoke with was kind and courteous and fixed my leaking windshield right before closing, and on a Friday no less! I feel so much better, so much at ease, knowing that when I go out of town tomorrow that my windshield is in better condition. 45$ for a chip repair, literally did not do anything. These guys were too busy running in and out answering the phone to fix the chip on my windshield, windshield is still chipped and Im out 45$, would never recommend this joke of a company.
