Had a small crack in windshield, which grew from top to half ways through it. Needed to replace it, spoke with Torres Auto Glass and had windshield, and tinted brow installed. Customer service, and quality for the price, was great. Very nice and thorough, about whole process. Was highly Satisfied! with the service!

Best around hands down. This man is great. He opened up after hours for me to drop off my car. He kept my car stored safe for me until I could get enough money to come get it. He opened up once again for me to pick up my car when they were closed. They vacuumed all the broken glass out of my car. If I could rate them more than 5 stars I would. Had my windshield replaced here and then starting issues with my car Fob,interior light, clock, AC & Tire Pressure indicator. They checked fuse, called out to a mechanic for next steps,made an appointment with mechanic to review cause of the issue & kept in constant dialogue with me. They also apologized profusely for the issue. The date was a few days to see their mechanic so I went to my car dealership to see if they could diagnose what the issue was & they did. It was a blown fuse which they changed at no cost. Torres Auto glass & I were so relieved that the issue was fixed. Thanks Torres Auto Glass for standing beside to get the issue resolved. Will definitely recommend.

If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! They really saved us when our windshield suddenly started coming away from the vehicle. He was able to meet us where we were, and he immediately was able to figure out the problem and get it fixed. And at a very reasonable rate, as well! Great company -- highly recommend!!

Did a great job on my new windshield. Worked with another company to time the repair in such a way that I wasn’t waiting. I’ll update if anything happens to the glass. It was $450 less than Safelites quote and looks like original windshield. Thanks!

They are fast but they dont clean the broken glass or the sticker trash thats between the windsheild and the dash when they should of vacuumed it out when the windsheild was out now it all stuck there also left mud splatters all in side the vehical very unprofessional and will not recomend them to anyone. Was going to give 2 stars but when I had to remove the cowl cover to change windsheild wipper motor it was glued and omg there was so much glue all over they didnt remove the cowl cover to install it they just shoved it down and glued went all over very shotty company cutting corners do not use this joke of a company you will regret it!!!!!!

If you ever need a new windshield or any kind of window work done you have to come to Torres. $200 cheaper than anyone else in abilene and did it fast. I saw the 5 star rating online and didnt belive people were saving this much money. Family owned great group of guys.

Charged almost $100 cheaper than some other place in town. They got it done quick. Ill be using Torres auto glass from now on.

These guys are fast and friendly even though they were busy. Replaced drivers side windshield and two dings on passenger side in one hour three minutes start to finish. Great price for 18 wheeler glass and tinted too.
