First time trying Mezamiz, and I was very pleased. I ordered the pesto grilled cheese and tomato soup, and topped it off w/ frozen chai. Everything was delicious! They have both indoor/outdoor seating, next to a small creek, with lots of windows to take in the view. Definitely keep in mind that this shopping center is a courtyard. I went around to the roadside of the building, and it took me a second to figure out where I was going. The rear parking lot has a more convenient entrance where lights are strung about. I didnt have time to see if there were any other spots of interest there, but maybe next time! Definitely worth checking out if youre in the area!

The 3 guys who were working when we stopped in were awesome and gave great service! I definitely recommend the iced espresso and broccoli cheese soup!

Was hesitant since they underwent new ownership last year, and was pleasantly surprised to see not much had changed. The drinks have been so good. Husband thoroughly enjoyed his salad, and my grilled cheese and tomato basil was so good, I ordered it again to take to work with me the next day. Straight up best tomato soup Ive ever had.

I reserved the “green room” for a shower a couple months ago. The staff and owners honored the time we had previously established for the shower, even though they were not going to be open to the public during the day. The staff were kind, accommodating, and very helpful! They let us come in early to set up & served great hummus with chips and delicious coffee. Great service, staff, and atmosphere!

Met an out of town financial advisor to see what he offered.Had not been so early but coffee was hot and tasty. He had pastry and took one to a daughter.Need to go back when theres a live band on the patio in the evening .Good atmosphere.

Sweet little coffee shop in Abilene. Great ambiance and beautiful view. There are lots of choices on the menu to suit many palates. Great prices! Hard to find the door but just keep following the signs and head towards the adorable courtyard.

Every time I come in, I feel so relaxed, and like everyone is welcome, no matter your beliefs or walk of life. A super adorable human took my order and made my day with such a friendly and personable demeanor. As a queer woman, I love knowing I am welcome here, as are folks from the other end of the ideological spectrum. Wonderful afogato as well 🌈

The baristas were very friendly, and the service was quick. Honestly, this place should have way more business. Great indoor and outdoor places to sit. They even had impressive, local art on the walls that were available for purchase. I highly recommend you take a look for yourself.Keep it up you guys!

The elder lady who manages this shop is extremely rude. She takes a tone with customers and is also rude to other employees in plain earshot. The drinks are fine, but there are plenty of cafes to choose from in Abilene, so I just dont come here anymore. Its been months, and I dont miss it.

This place is cool in a way many 20th Century coffeehouses were cool, and thats something I dont see much anymore. Along with nice choices in music and decor, theyve got a couch along with a back porch overlooking the creek. Its a laid back, great place to spend time. Also the food and coffee are tasty, and service is friendly. If I was a local, Id be a regular here.

When your barrista asks if you want to try an espresso shake, the answer is YES PLEASE. Youre welcome. Also the poppin grilled cheese rocks

My first time there, the barista walked me through ordering their coffee (as they typically make it sweeter than other places), and let me try a small sample before I ordered a full coffee. Great first experience and now my favorite coffee place in town. It has a pretty great food and drink selection and the pastries have always been fresh and amazing!

Nicely tucked in next to a creek. Outdoor and indoor seating, ambient atmosphere, nice baristas, reasonable priced food.....there are also couches to sit. Parking in front.

Amazing coffee shop. Beautiful both inside and out. Its tucked away in a beautiful part of town, overlooking a creek and lots of trees. The atmosphere feels like youve been transported to a secluded area. Not only that, but the menu options are very broad! Coffees, teas, Italian Sodas, milkshakes, smoothies, pastries, sandwiches, and so much more. The staff is also super chill. They are knowledgeable about the menu and able to answer any questions you have. Definitely worth a visit! I will absolutely be going there again.

I ordered 2 shots of espresso with equal parts steamed milk. Pictured is what I received (full 16 ounce cup). I told the guy it has too much liquid. The guy explained to me that there espresso volume is much more than others, but the milk/coffee ratio I requested is in the cup. The result is a burnt, bitter over extracted coffee drink. They do not serve espresso. I’m not sure what you would call what they call espresso. No other issues about the place, just don’t go expecting espresso like I did.

Pleasant eclectic atmosphere... pretty good menu. I suggest the Spankys Club, delicious and just enough to sate your appetite.

Fresh roasted coffee. Fruit smoothies. Hot chocolate. Sandwiches, desserts, etc. Items are listed on a chalkboard in the front entryway. You order and pay, then find a seat; your order will be brought to you. Staff was friendly and service was reasonably quick. Tables, couches, board games, etc. Seating is fun! I took my teenage daughter to meet a group of friends here. There were many people in the restaurant of various ages, yet it was not loud. I sat on a comfortable couch reading a book and drinking a smoothie. The atmosphere was pleasant.

Love the atmosphere here! A little sanctuary in the middle of Abilene, TX. I wish more of their drinks werent premade. Could be a really incredible place if they made their drinks and food more homemade specialiyies. Tons of potential in that aspect. But overall, I really love them and continue to go back whenever Im in town.

Its a bit pricey, but the coffee is delicious and they have some pretty unique rotating offerings. Their outdoor seating has a nice view, and it never seems too loud inside for a good conversation. One of my favorite cafés in town! Great atmospheres for professional interviews, first dates, anniversaries, or any other small event. When it’s cool and not so hot and humid I definitely recommend the balcony view! Especially after it’s rained a bit and the stream is a bit fuller. They have a variety of delicious coffee, tea, wine, and even sandwiches! I’ve made this my go to hangout spot for a more relaxing afternoon.

It is a cozy place that is ideal for studying, a date, or just hanging out with friends. They sell food, coffee, tea, shakes, and alcohol. They have an outdoor sitting area that is wonderful this time of year. I have only had coffee here and must say that I love it! Their coffee is so good that it doesnt bother me to drink it black. However, their flavored ones with soy milk are my favorite. Also, they have live music... Im unaware of which days. Its a must try (and continuing to try) kind of place!

1st time there. Good drinks good prices. Like the atmosphere. Older woman that works there seems a bit rude at times. Personality is key when doing customer service. Dead roach on the floor wasnt something I wanted to see either.

Cute little sandwich shop with tasty sandwiches, coffees and other tasty bakery foods. We were swarmed by bees outside at the tables but had no issues once we moved our group inside. It was a mixed group of customers from high schoolers to retirees playing card games. The whole place really is a wonderful hidden gem.

Tuesday nights have live music performances, and outdoor seating on the deck and in the plaza area really set this coffee shop apart from competitors.The menu boasts a wide variety of coffees, teas, and other drinks, and I have yet to order a drink that disappointed. My only slight complaint would be that cold drinks are sometimes made with a bit more ice than I prefer, but thats really just a matter of preference. The baristas are quick and friendly.The inside of the shop hosts many different seating options, including cozy couches and other upholstered seats, wooden chairs, benches, and outdoor seats.I would definitely recommend this coffee shop to anyone.

With its chalkboard style menu with items ranging from basic coffee to specialize drinks and from espresso to frappe and they even serve wine, champagnes and beer. They even have salads, soups or combos of half sandwich and soup or soup and salad and they even have homemade deserts!The atmosphere is cozy/homey. With tables set up in different rooms to couches where you can sit with others and enjoy a refreshment. They do have a back patio overlooking tree lined cliff as well as one of the most relaxing courtyards in town. The business even has local music performances in the courtyard on weekends.In conclusion, if you want a local owned place for coffee and delicious food in a unique and calming atmosphere, with many choices for everyone with amazing service then you should stop by. This is a good place. I get coffee here all the time, sometimes a sandwich, sometimes hang out for the open mic on Tuesdays. Outdoor dining on patio with view of Elm Creek and also in the courtyard that has a wishing fountain. Bookshelf and chess inside, by the couch. Bohemian atmosphere. Free WiFi.

Coffee is good. Very comfortable atmosphere to sit with friends. Staff isn’t very friendly. Cinnamon rolls appear to be out of a store bought can and are extremely over priced.

Food is good. Cozy atmosphere but the front desk could use some customer service skills. A Lot customer service is needed. Other than that, it seems A Lot better outlet than the Starbucks places.
