Had a mirror replaced that had been shattered. They gave a reasonable price, provided a quick turnaround and were very friendly! Would use again if needed.

FIRST, THE BEST CHARACTERISTIC I CAN SAY ABOUT THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN FIND INDIVIDUALS THAT WILL LET YOU BE YOURSELF OUT OF THE CREATIVE BOX STAY WITH THOSE INDIVIDUALS. IT IS A PLEASURE TO WRITE THIS REVIEW FOR ABILENE GLASS AND MIRROR AND THE THREE EMPLOYEES WHO MADE A PRETTY UNUSUAL PROJECT A GREAT SUCCESS. DAVE, MATT AND MARTIN CAN BE CREDITED WITH GREAT EXPERTISE WITH THEIR CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS AND QUICK RESPONSIVENESS TO MY NEEDS. I MIRRORED MY ENTIRE KITCHEN CABINETRY AND LAUNDRY ROOM WITH 1/8 MIRROW. PULLED THE CABINETS AND TOOK THE MEASUREMENTS MYSELF. I DID NOT THINK THEY WOULD AGREE TO TAKING MY OWN MEASUREMENTS, BUT THEY DID AND MATT CUT EACH PIECE PERFECTLY INCLUDING THE SMALLER RECTANGULAR NITCHES THAT ARE THE CABINET HINGES. I DID BREAK 4 MIRRORS, BUT THIS GROUP DID NOT BREAK ONE MIRROR AND NOT ONE MIRROR HAD TO BE RECUT DO TO ERROR EXCEPT MY OWN AND THANKFULLY THAT WAS MINIMAL. THEY WERE ALL INCREDIBLY PATIENT AND CONSUMER FRIENDLY. THEY MADE THIS PROJECT A SUCCESS AND IT DOES LOOK AWESOME. YOU DONT EXPECT TO SEE A KITCHEN AND LAUNDRY ROOM DECKED OUT IN MIRROR IT LOOKS HOT AND AT NIGHT THE KITCHEN IS INCREDIBLY ROMANTIC. KUDOS TO ABILENE GLASS AND MIRROR FOR ALLOWING AN OFF THE WALL PROJECT TO SUCCEED WITH SUCCESS . I OWE IT TO MARTIN, MATT AND DAVE. Had windows installed by them in the summer of 2017. Approx 6 months later I noticed a large crack in one of the windows (appeared to be an issue with the production), and Abilene Glass replaced it at no cost to me.

Horrible customer skills. I called and the young guy who answered the phone could have cared less about the call or business? Didnt even say how can I help you or even bye at the end. First impression and last of my business.

I used these guys to cut me a couple pieces of glass and they did a good job but the man that answered the phone and met me when I walked in was super rude. Tried to use them again today and the same gentleman answered the phone and was very rude so I used Binswanger glass instead. They were friendly and fixed me right up..

Went there today to purchased vinyl channel, they only had one 12 feet piece sold as 10 foot due to damage for $10. Then the salesman at the counter started telling me that they dont use or order this vinyl channel a lot. So I asked him what do you use. His reply was this vinyl channel. So when are you going to order more, he replied he did not know. So I searched on line and found it a lot cheaper including shipping about 25 cents a foot and delivery in 3 to 9 days. You lost a customer, someone said you lose one customer he tells others you could lose more, but now with Internet that can be substantial. In closing always search the Internet before purchasing.
