The lady who answers phone and takes orders/messages is nothing short of rude and hateful. The two techs that came and did work on my house were nice enough guys, but unfortunately did a poor job installing windows and not leaving a mess, nor did they even bring enough glass to complete entire job. The cocking on outside of windows looked like a 5 year old done it for the first time ever, the windows werent screwed in properly, nor were they even lined up correctly. They left broken glass behind in my 1.5 year old bedroom (and I mean huge shards that couldnt be missed), and they left their scraps of glass and screens on our picnic table where my children play and sometimes eat food and snacks. One of the techs said he had been doing this for 31 years, but I could NOT believe the results of his experience with the job he completed and mess he left behind. Thankfully, I was sure to clean along and check everything behind them and save my children from grabbing and holding the glass they so carelessly left behind. Owner sent two different techs out the next day to correct the wrong doings, however they said the cocking was still too wet and they would have to wait until next week after it has had time to set. 😡 Most certainly would NOT reccomend this company or their experience to anyone, ever!!!! Completely disappointed and dissatisfied, not to mention they were twice the price of everyone else but quicker to complete job. Would give zero star if it were an option!!!

Excellent installation. Ill be recommending to everyone for glass needs.
