This is a very nice store, with some higher end merchandise along with all the regular items. Excellent deli and bakery. Wonderful produce department. It also has an extensive beer and wine selection.Very clean and extremely polite staff.The only criticism I have is their in-store Starbucks. Every table was sticky, and the Starbucks employees didnt seem to care, when told. This isnt the fault of the Market Street staff, as its a rented space.

This store is infuriating! Yes, you get good food here and most of the staff are friendly but when you check out all things are down hill! Last night my sister and I had a full cart of groceries and I counted no less than four employees look straight at us and our cart full of groceries and walk on by to another lane. This is not the first time this has happened and yes I’ve complained to management. So frustrating!

Always have friendly employees. Prices are bit higher in comparison with other stores, but this store is always clean and very organized. This store has a wonderful selection of fresh baked goods. From breads to desserts. Market street is lucky enough to have a Starbucks!!! A major plus! Highly recommend.

Probably the best place for wine in Abilene. I always check here before anywhere else. Also deals on wine when you buy multiple bottles.

Oh my oh my! I love this store. Great variety of products with nice tags that tell you if its recommended by nutritionist, no gluten, low salt, specific diet friendly and organic! Only place in town that Ive found with low sodium canned food . Love the fresh meat, seafood and variety of fruits and veggies!! Thank You!

Staff is nice, only reason for not leaving 1 star. No salad bar and all premade salads have meat and/or cheese on it. Would be nice to have salad options with just vegetables.

Loved the store large variety of products, things you may not find at other stores. Friendly helpful staff 🤠 and something I hadnt seen in 30 years, stock boys that not only bagged my groceries but also brought them out and placed them in my car. I could see if I was a little old lady 80 or 90 lol 😂, but I appreciate it. They probably wanted to get a good look at my niece, lol 😂.

Nice grocery store enjoyed it they have a little bit of everything they have a pharmacy they have a deli they have food already cooked they have a bakery they have a nice photo section they have seafood they have everything you could want in there I mean you name it they got it their prices are real high but theyre very convenient for a neighborhood I mean in the neighborhood there and that little shopping center they have a little everything you can think of I mean its very convenient but it anything you want they got it and the people are very friendly and very helpful in the stores clean and very convenient and I was up there any day anytime I loved it the people are very friendly and its very handy even got a gas station

This store is Awesome! Great produce, meat department is great. The employees are all friendly and helpful. I really love the baggers and the help out to my car! You just dont find that anymore! While I was shopping the Lipton rep asked if he could help me. I asked him for the Lipton peach tea with zero sugar! He got me what I wanted and from that point on I always found it on the shelf!! Great selection, easy to navigate throughout, and friendly staff that carryout your cart to your vehicle and load your groceries for you. Also you will not find a single cart in the parking lot.

I love Market Street, but I would NOT recommend their floral department if you want flowers and great customer service. It has been horrible trying to get a refund for flowers that were not able to be delivered. Having someone go pick them up at the location after not abke to deliver, just to be told they did not have my order. Calling and talking to 800 number customer service is ridiculous. Still trying to get a refund and I have learned my lesson to not use them to place an order.

The absolute best cakes and decorations in Texas!Typically to get a cake designed the way I get them, you have to pay top dollar from a specialty bakery. Not the case here in Abilene anymore!I made my order through Tiffany and she went above and beyond on my order!!! She absolutely blew me and my guests away at the completed project!!If you need a cake done I highly recommend asking for Tiffany at Market Street to decorate your cake! I am sure the entire team is just as awesome as she is!I will NEVER go to another store in Abilene after my experience here the last few times! Well done Market Street!

I love this place! Its super clean, the staff is nice, and it carries the weird special food that I need because of my ridiculous food allergies. The only thing I wish they would do differently is spend more time teaching the baggers proper sacking technique so that they could do the job faster, load the car so that stuff wouldnt fall over and spill out of bags and get squished, and not stick things together that shouldnt be together. Thats just me being picky though. I used to be a bagger for them back in college ... haha 😄

It’s certainly possible you might find some items cheaper at some other grocery store, but then it’s also possible you won’t find the item at all at some other grocery store. Located at 4450 Buffalo Gap Road, Market Street is the go-to grocery store if you live on the south side of Abilene.

Nice store reminds me of Safeways provencaux or Ralphs but has some really neat sections

I wanted to say that I unfortunately hurt a new cashiers feelings today and wanted to say I am sorry to Kayleigh. But I do want to say to management that it is not good to put someone on a register until they have the knowledge of how to properly run any type of payment and with out sacking support. We sacked on our groceries to help avoid the length of line that was growing.

Customer service is going down hill here. Items are still stocked but i tried to get attention from the produce personnel and i was completely ignored. The guys there actted like they didnt want to be there. I would hands down drive the extra mile to the other United on 14th.

You simply cant find a better selection of specialty cheese anywhere else between Dallas and Tucson, or San Antonio to the panhandle.

This is about market street floral, specifically. I love everything else about market street but I’ve been trying to work with their floral department for weeks on an event and had zero success.The estimate that I finally got (over two weeks late) was nothing like what my husband and I talked about during our initial consultation (that also took nearly 3 weeks to establish). The price is absurd, and honestly, they provided no justification about why two barrel topper bouquets and 6 small mason jar flower (that we want to assemble) would be nearly 1200. Recommend finding someone else or just buying their regular bouquets, since it will cut out a lot of the hassle and price

Unbelievable catering. We had market street for our wedding and they went above and beyond. Everyone was thrilled with the food but most importantly the staff. Thank you so much for everything!

This store is beautiful! I went there yesterday and they are very well stocked on just about everything! The store is very neat, clean, and organized. They have an awesome pharmacy that is open 24 hours a day, which is so nice! The staff are friendly and helpful. Nice variety of food and other items. They are a bit more expensive than Walmart and HEB, but other than that, its a very nice grocery store. Definitely recommend! 👍🏻

I live close to Market Street. So Im a regular visitor. Id like to point out that covid19 has forever changed the world as we know it. When we first began to adjust, the shelves were bare. Something Ive never seen. I imagine quite a lot of thought was put into safety measures, rationing, social distancing at POS, etc. The staff have been great. They rallied to get what they could shipped in and did a remarkable job stocking the shelves. Over night there seemed a transformation and it felt good seeing that. So to the entire crew at Market Street, Abilene, TX... Thank you! Well done!! Stay safe and God bless you.

The employees are courteous. The produce is fresh. There is a great meat counter. The store is cleaned and well stocked with a great variety.

They are awesome for being open. Half of Abilene is there during the crisis so there is a queue, but still.

They have some good stuff like the deli, but theyre more expensive than heb and dont have nearly the selection. They carry the same tired flavors of hummus but no cilantro lime hummus. Some of their store brands suck.

If you want to leave the country without leaving the city, this is your spot. Seriously they have every kind of food you could imagine and it honestly feels like walking into a whole new world every time I go. They keep it clean, its well organized, and they have never let me down looking for those hard to find ingredients for my one of a kind recipes. Every associate does their part to assist in any way and makes you feel like youre being helped by a friend who truly cares about your shopping experience.

Open 24/7, which is a HUGE plus when you dont keep normal hours (whatever that is these days). The prices are fair for the quality of product, and all of the employee have been kind!
