Went in with a friend, an interesting store. Lots of neat items. Had lot of cbd stuff, and a ton of different energy drinks. Was fun reading some of the names. Ill go back and shop a bit more. Was only on one side of store

Bland store but they carry some really cool stuff. But what an unfriendly and unwelcomeing place. Been in here many times and have never been greeted nor asked if I need help. So dont expect any customer service.

I cant really tell you what draws me to this place. Maybe its the nostalgia of the place, maybe its just all the friendly faces I see when I walk in, or maybe its the combination of the two. Ive always had a pleasant experience when coming here to shop and look around regardless of whether I actually find everything Im looking for or not. Good job guys keep up the hard work.

Picked up Mineral Water and found the best price in town.Two clerks were at the register and talked with us sharing stories. I loved the way they treated us as long time friends.Great experience!!!

Great customer service at Vitamins Plus.

I love this store. They carry hard to find items and have a great selection of drinks, vitamins, colognes, medicines, medical supplies and nic nacs. I would recommend anyone in the area to check them out as its not your typical big box store. It has an old fashioned mom and pop feel and the employees are awesome.

Drug emporium is amazing they have a little bit of everything and always having sales on something and the pharmacy is the best part I love the employees I love everything about the pharmacy theyre just amazing

I frequent this store often. My go to place when Im looking for something new thats high protein based for my lifestyle. Love the options and variety. Staff is friendly as well. My only 2 critiques is when 2 of the same items arent priced the same and then the outdated register system and having everything keyed in rather than scanned.

Huge collection of stuff from groceries (other than veggies and fruits) to everything. All kind of supplements including a variety of Protein powders, branded perfumes, jewelry, etc. Prices are reasonable and there is plenty of car parking.

Great store with keto Lowe carb friendly selections. Also great organic and natural food selection, sadly no fresh produce but they have the essentials youll need. As well as hard to find items for a small city. Great selection in of natural soaps zum brand and others like grandpa and Dr bronner. Great selection of colognes and perfumes some hard to find. Great like of Russel stovers sugar free chocolate candies. They also carry on popular regular products soaps shampoos, food products and they have a pharmacy too.

Drug Emporium is great with all the natural foods and colognes and such. They would get 5 stars if they fire the workers and train new staff

Family started using this has their pharmacy to go since we moved down here. Place is nice and employee are friendly (Every time Im there) nice side is they will call your doctor and ask if the member needs a refill on their prescription again instead of you having to call the doctor. Im not sure if this is a Texas thing but its nice and convenient to save time.

I like the selection. But the prices are not that cheap. And it would be nice if they would get automated doors and modern Registers that are not dated in the 80s. Also, the same products will have varying prices on them. Since, you can’t scan the product you really have to rely on the accuracy of that price. And it’s not very efficient especially since the cashiers aren’t going to know what the real price is since you can’t scan the barcodes.

In general, if you have a choice, if its not a grocery store dont buy food there. Perfect place for all elderly needs from walkers to bed pads to medicines.

Drug Emporium is one of my favorite stores. Shopping there brings back memories of simpler times. Even though they may discontinue selling specialty items I grow accustomed to finding there, I always find something else that is especially interesting and difficult to find elsewhere. I really enjoy shopping there for those special items.

The staff is usually nice. The store is usually clean, but the isles are tight. SOME of their prices are the best in town. However, I find most prices to be higher than my main shopping locations. Its all about how close it is to your home or how much you shop around for the best prices, I guess.

Great place for healthy items

It was literally my first time here, but it wasnt too bad just my wife and me were sort of in a hurry so I didnt get to look around all that well so forgive me for the three stars. But they did have quite a few good items, some pricey some not. Love the selection of vitamins and CBD oil. Ill have to update you more when I visit it again.

There are usually not any knowledgeable staff members around to help when youre looking for specific niche items, but theres generally a lovely selection of products (especially in the Vitamins Plus area) that are hard to find in other stores in Abilene. The prices for regular drugstore items are hit and miss, but its in a convenient location and provides a much more pleasant shopping experience than your usual big chain drugstores.

Refill a prescription, pick up a frozen pizza, milk, and some sweets for the misses. Last min school supply item, masks, vitamins, cereal, laundry soap etc .ect... BEST and BIGGEST neighborhood 5 & dime store/pharmacy Ive ever seen!!

Vitamin plus staff have become difficult to encounter

Not the friendliest or most helpful staff but I have found things I need here that other pharmacies or stores does not have.

Ive started going to Drug Emporium in the 80s, its always been one of my favorite stores.

Has alot of items no other places carry.

Great place to shop. I get my Ezekiel bread here. There are tons of natural food products, vitamins supplements, shampoos and conditioners to choose from. If you come on Friday afternoons, you might be able to buy fresh organic vegetables from a local farmer. Also, they have largest selection of masks that I have seen in one place.

What a great store! Has a wide selection of items that you can’t find anywhere else in town! Allot of gluten free options as well. They also bring in local farmers with fresh produce from time to time. Thanks to the farmers I learned all about how the anti-Christ beast system is destroying America and if I don’t want my children molested by Democrats I need to repent and vote for the one true Donald Trump. Living out in the woods all alone must be so refreshing. I’m glad drug emporium is able to work that into the experience!!

Drug Emporium is the best thing about Abilene. It is literally an island of goodness. And the prices cannot be beat. All the hard to find items for crunchy people are here and for a super great price.

They had exactly what we needed for following Keto life style.

A lot of transitions of some type going on. (Perhaps current nationwide mandated restrictions?) Many items I commonly purchase were not in stock; staff helpful when they can be found. Was always my favored go to place from previous years. This most recent visit was generally not the usual noteworthy as in days past. Im giving patience to this review until changes can take place. Future reviews are yet to transpire.
