A famous coffee shop in Ashland to sit down and have coffee drinks, or grab a bag of coffee beans to go. The exterior of the shop may be easy to miss, but once you walk inside, the openness of the interior, and the friendly baristas will prove to you why they are the number one coffee destination in Ashland.Give their strong coffees a try, you will be up at 3am thanking them for it.

Boutique coffee right near the heart of Ashland. Modern industrial vibe with plethora of coffee options to cater to the simplistic taste bud all the way to the most refined coffee connoisseur. Small selection of baked goods available with different dietary restrictions in mind. Very Covid conscious with a closed inside but a few patio options exists for those willing or wanting.

Very spacious, baristas were very friendly. I had a hot mocha with their in-house caramel. The drink was very good, smooth and delicious. The only ding is the drink size. Their large was more between a small and medium. But irregardless, my beverage was great!

I really like this place. I’m not ready to sit inside but the sidewalk tables are doable. The important piece is that I really enjoy their drinks. Today I had a chai with an espresso shot. It was perfect for a chilly 36 degree morning. Fall is here!

Great spot to hit when you need some fantastic coffee and food to wake you up. The inside was lit well and had plenty of seating. They had a great choice of coffee that is house roasted and brewed. I was really pleased with my granita, especially that it was made with oat milk. Extra delicious. Also there are gluten free food options.

Lovely, laid back setting. Great environment for relaxation, might be a bit challenging to focus if there are loud/boisterous conversations going, so bring earbuds or headphones in that case. Lots of table and chairs, wall-lined bar stools and a couple lounging spots. 10/10 would coffee there again.

Great coffee shop with spacious seating indoors and pleasant outdoor seating. Good array of various brewing devices on sale and a nice selection of house roasted beans. The place knows how to make a very tasty dirty chai (imo). Looking forward to having a dry cappuccino done correctly, Im sure the baristas here can easily manage. One my my gfs favorite coffee places to visit (from the bay area and Portland).

All around, Noble is a pretty amazing spot, the coffee is absolutely the best in town, I lived in Guatemala and feel like I have a good taste for coffee. The coffee is usually single origin, fair trade, etc. Pretty awesome! The staff is always friendly as well. Most things are extremely expensive... Which wouldnt be an issue if their points system wasnt so terribly thought out. Which is my chief complaint, and why I chose to give Noble 3 stars:Points system gives you one point, whether you spend $2 or $200. As someone who purchases bagged coffee regularly its an upset to spend so much money and not get any extra points. The points login is operated from the cash register screen and the employees must turn the screen towards you to check in which they literally never do, so if you forget (which in the morning prior to my coffee, I usually do) you dont get your points. Most of the businesses in Ashland charge a premium for good food and services, however, Noble doesnt seem to make up for that premium to the local repeat customers.Fix your points system, it sucks! Thanks for the amazing coffee.

Pretty good place but not over the top stellar in terms of price for quality. Still... likely some of the best coffee you will find in Southern Oregon. I did love the openness of the cafe, but wish they wouldnt hid their roaster away. One of my favorite reasons to visit local roasters is to watch and smell the deliciousness of the roasting process. It also opens the roaster to conversations and learning. I wish Noble did that rather than put it in a glass room.

This place used to have amazing coffee, unfortunately paired with an amazingly supercilious attitude. (No, we wont put just a half a shot in your latte. Can I have a steamed milk and a latte? Not if youre going to mix them.) Last time I was there, the coffee wasnt very good and the staff just couldnt get a simple order right. They used to ship delicious beans... but then they started shipping awful beans under the same name.Update for July 2021: apparently they had too many people taking up seats without buying anything... chairs are really uncomfortable now. This is a real problem for coffee shops, and I wish there were a better solution.

First visit... Im a bit torn about giving 4 or 5 stars here. The coffee was really good. I try not to be a coffee snob, but you cant help it when you drink as much as I do. Anyway, always just order brewed coffee (pressed at this shop) and this was better than most Ive had. I also like the set up... Big area with lots of seating. The only reason I have it a 4 is that $3 for a cup of brewed seems expensive to me.They also charge another $3 for a refill. Maybe this shop is so close to California that the prices are overflowing ;)

Cute little coffee roaster with nice beans to try. Expensive. More expensive than any city Ive ever visited to be honest. $5.50 for a pour over coffee, you can get it cheaper in San Francisco at any of the known roasters. Somethings not right about that. Service was fine. Limited food options, sugar and carbs only.
