I rarely go to Starbucks but when I went on Saturday at 2pm they were closed. No signs saying why. Hard to get a good review when you have advertised everywhere your hours but you aren’t open during those hours. When they are open it is good.

This is one of the STARBUCKS thats consistent with great customer service and quality products. The new impossible breakfast sausage sandwich is delicious, and I really appreciated that they finally have a sandwich thats plant base. Thanks

AWFUL. worst service Ive had in awhile and Im really not one to complain. The batista took served 3 girls who worked there before any customers who were in the back of the line, then completely forgot to make the drink I ordered with only 4 people in the store.

This Starbucks has the highest prices of any I have been to. Not sure why they think it’s ok to charge more than others!

A bit messy and slow, but also it’s a pretty busy location, so can’t complain too much. The drinks were alright and the cafe was clean.

Better coffee then the Goasis

All of the baristas are extremely slow. There is no sense of urgency when there is a long line and drink orders are stacking up. The manager is the worst, she moves like a sloth. Also the hours posted do not reflect the hours they are actually open. No consistency when it comes to the drinks. Every time I get a vanilla sweet cream cold brew it either barely has any cream and flavor, or there’s so much cream it’s overwhelming. And lastly, quite a few of the baristas act like you’re asking them to give up their first born when you ask for a straw.

Of course, the wait is long. Its the only Starbucks for dozens of miles! Unfortunately situated in a small rest stop, I was not really expecting much for drink quality but was surprised beyond my expectations. The very friendly staff members came through with some of the best crafted Starbucks beverages Ive had in a long time!

I feel like these reviews are too harsh for the honest, actual work ethic and customer service they give. everyone is human and makes mistake but they do a good job at staying on top of things and they run a great business.

Every time I go here my order is either messed up or the staff is extremely rude. I paid $4.95 last night for a small salted caramel mocha, pretty sure they gave some form of hot chocolate because there was definitely not a drop of coffee in it. Ashland needs another coffee store besides downtown perk. Tim Hortons closes too early and I dont consider dunkin donuts a coffee shop

Kids in there didnt seem like they know theyre doing. My wife wanted a pumpkin spice latte but they were out. Kind of weird how thats your big seasonal thing and your out of it. They have should stock up especially when youre at a roadside rest. And the only coffee shop around for miles.

You live in a dream world if you think there wont be at least two people in front of you at popular chain coffee shop but Ive never had to wait longer than one minute for my coffee order, that includes busy hours. I go here a lot and its one of the Starbucks I like stopping but. Only ever had one issue where they gave me the wrong drink but they happily replaced it when I went back. For a Starbucks inside of a gas station strip, its decent and would recommend.

Baristas snickered at a family member’s order when announced to pick up. Very rude and immature.

Very disappointed. When I look for a Starbucks in an unknown area, I expect it to have the same quality and price, same ability to utilize my rewards program as Im used too. This place was not offering the awards program and was pricier than the fancier, larger chai I had bought earlier in the day on my trip at a full service Starbucks.

Too expensive for the product

Little pricey but good. I waited longer than I should have. They put the wrong name on my order. By the time I asked what was taking so long they they said I believe this is your order. Wrong name. My frozen coffee was just about liquid. I was traveling and couldnt wait to have make another one. I was told by others that they put the wrong name on order so you talk about it on social media. Free advertisement I was told. I wouldnt think they want to use poor customer service for media exposure.

Its a Starbucks. I have had no issues or problems whenever i have stopped at this one. My orders have been fine and the employees have been fine. Nothing stands out as amazing either though. This is a solid starbucks with solid employees.

I try to avoid all Starbucks that are vendor setups rather than free standing cafés. Since its Christmas day I had little choice. My latte was flat, coffee was weak and it had very little flavor. Should have had it redone but need to get on the road. Yuck.

The Barista stole my heart ❤ she put extra whip cream on my Frappe She is amazing! Great staff I know they will eventually move on and graduate and have a better careers I will miss them when that time comes but for now yall better hurry and enjoy as many coffees as you can before these girls grow up an move on to bigger and better things but theyre talented Baristas for now.

I understand that this is not a Starbucks owned store. But not right this store can charge almost a 1.50 more for the same drink i can order at any other Starbucks for less . Also the people they have working there dont know how to make drink always watered down and always say they are out of stuff.

They do not make drinks the way they are supposed to. Going to ontario starbucks is worth the drive. Ashland starbucks is awful. Lazy workers that don’t put everything in your drink that you ask for.

One of the more modern Starbucks stores. They are very good at getting your order correct no matter how many special orders you have. You can go in and get free Wi-Fi and just kind of hang out enjoy a cup of coffee. One of their better stores

The staff here know us (were regulars) and always make fun, friendly conversation while our drinks are being made. I disagree with other reviews... The staff here always have a smile and are happy to help with selections or questions. I have not noticed a price difference from other company stores. Only difference to me is that they sometimes dont offer as much licensed merchandise as the company stores. But most people are going for the coffee, not the stuff.

I like to sit at Starbucks and people watch. An hour max. Just thinking and watching the travelers from I-71 get a sip of some good stuff. I sit there once a week.You find out a little about people just watching. Everybody is busy. Everybody is someone elses somebody. And I really love that. I hope their travel is safe. All these lives can run in a counter clockwise rotation to others. Extreme Polar opposites. Yet. Hot liquid thats first black then lightened sometimes is the common thread holding us together. Or should I say, the common liquid in our seperate cups.The staff are friendly. Always.See ya next week you caffeine peddlers and you beautiful strangers. Im awake now.

Unfortunately they dont accept your Starbucks stars and service/employee attitude is ok. I understand the stars are a corporate issue perhaps the owners should speak to corporate about how customers dont like guessing to see which Starbucks accepts their stars.

If there was a zero I would rate this with a zero. Service was horrible. At least 5 people that were behind me received their drinks first. I didnt order a difficult drink. The cashier laughed every time. She didnt tell the barista I even ordered until my husband spoke up. You will know her by her RBF.

SMH. sadly for a gas station/fast food restaurant, they have the most hostile and discriminative employees i have ever encountered, especially this one that claims they were the manager yet was disappointingly the worst and most unprofessional person ever and that no way should even be called or recognized as a manager. you can tell and see that the employees are afraid and resentful of the one who claims they are a manager. Dont question her because she makes up & writes their policy and procedures ON THE FLY and to be whatever she wants them to be

Usually, we get typical Starbucks service here, which is good and consistent. However, tonight, my husband ordered a macchiato and got a cup of weak, stale coffee with some caramel syrup. We drink enough Sbux to know when our drinks are made incorrectly. The drink is disgusting. This isnt just being picky; this drink is a joke and a rip-off. I would hope that Starbucks or TA will make amends and re-train their staff.

I have never had such a horrible experience with a barista in my life. They were incredibly rude about not giving my light ice which I have never been rejected from having before and they wouldnt even allow us to go back and return the product. Horrible experience. Even the customer behind us was dumbfounded by her unmannerly ways.

The baristas were not only rude, but tried to tell us that a coupon that CLEARLY says a frappuccino was half off with your Starbucks card, was a buy one get one half off. 2 people pulled up the email that said it was a half off one beverage. Nothing about buying one to get another half off. THEN Anna, an older lady with dark hair, had the nerve to talk about us RIGHT IN FRONT OF US. never going there again and will be sure to tell others not to as well. Anna has no customer service skills whatsoever and clearly cant read.

Nobody there to open store this morning. Had to go somewhere else for my coffee. A lot of people were disappointed.

Location is a licensed one. Does not honor the Starbucks Rewards free refills. Would have given the location three stars, but I my order was poorly made (the tea was grainy and dirty, the barista did not add in the classic sweetener, and they discontinued mango syrup), and their prices are raised because of the location. Five dollars for a Trenta Iced Tea? Youre out of your mind. I will never return there.
