The Girls were sweet enough but not very helpful. Being a walkthrough and a senior citizen, Needed a bathroom but nothing available and I want to throw away my cup they told me to go around the corner to the dumpster. when I could see a garbage pale 2 ft. away. I could have dropped it in my self but you think they should be wearing gloves there wouldnt be a problem with grabbing my cup. Being new to the area it was a very unpleasant experience, probably wont be back

Ive been coming here for a few weeks now. I have to say it is my favorite coffee shop! They know me by name and are always so friendly and the service time is AMAZING! I stop here atleast once a day, usually for a 20 oz granita with an extra shot of espresso. But the real fruit smoothies are equally delicious! And always remember to be a good human bean! 😉

The Lavender Honey Breve is soooooo good. They have good coffee, and I love their little espresso beans you get with every cup. Im going to miss the coffee kiosks here in Southern Oregon when I move back to Florida next month. :( Service at this one is usually pretty good.

The setting of the coffee kiosk is so nice with that big oak tree behind the Human Bean Coffee kiosk. Next time we travel through Oregon well stop by and you can make us a new cup of coffee. Piet.

Fast & friendly, the little coffee bean candy was a treat!

For a while I enjoyed their coffee and their somewhat reasonable prices, but after a few consecutive daily visits, I noticed an inconsistency in their drinks. The fools they hire throw the coffees together quickly and clearly never measure. One time, I spent $5 on a coffee recommended to me there, and the lady there forgot to put the flavor into the coffee, so I threw away money for a flavorless, bitter drink. This is why I stopped going there. If The Human Bean had competent employees, Id probably still get coffee there.

If you are from GP and used to doing the $2 Tuesday, dont expect it anywhere but GP. These guys dont have that. They are however very friendly like all the others. If you dont like coffee like me, try the chai breve or green tea smoothie. :) They have little snacks but they are pretty spendy for what you get.

Coffee and service have ALWAYS been great, but honestly, its the little chocolate covered espresso bean that sets The Human Bean apart.

The barista was very nice and non judgemental which was a huge plus .The prices are comparable.Wait time is a bit long sometimes though.

I dont know why alot of people like Dutch Brothers over Human Bean. They are the bomb and the baristas are so sweet, great customer service everyone I go to. Great lattes, ice tea and they have all the dairy free options, my favorite is macadamia milk

I love almost everyone who work there, they always make me great drinks, remember my order, and always engage interest in our lives [: there are a specific few girls at the ashland location that Id love to acknowledge in some way.

They gave me my coffee scalding, SCALDING HOT! I had to wait 15 minutes before I could take another sip! I almost thought I had to go to the hospital. The teenage girls were laughing as I drove away. Not cool!

Blended mochas with extra caramel...will not have extra caramel. In fact, service will be slow, employees not very friendly & your drink will almost never be what you expect.Caramel all drizzled down the inside of the cup, beginning to puddle in the bottom...thats what I expect when I order...& pay for...extra caramel.
