Wonderful huge selection of make up and beauty items

Great service! Within less than a minute of walking in, a sales person asked what we needed help with. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and suggested another thing I hadnt even realized I needed.She helped me match my foundation shade and she was super friendly! Definitely better than the Ulta at Barboursville.

Preston is AMAZING!!! First visit for my daughter and I at Ulta. Can’t wait to go back in a couple weeks for my hair color. My daughter can’t stop talking about how much she likes Preston and what he did with her hair. While some may think it is a little pricey, it is definitely worth the personal experience.

Great atmosphere. I had such an amazing experience. I had went to a different place for eyebrow tinting, in which they destroyed my brows. So I was in panic. I called Ulta and they told me aprox 30 min wait time. Erin (Salon Manager) seen my stress and took me straight back while she was already fully booked with clients. She was extremely nice and literally saved my brows. This was such an amazing experience. I’ll definitely be back for many times to come! Huge thank you to Erin ❤️

This is the worst Ulta Ive ever tried to shop in. Broken products litter the shelves. Products are in incorrect places, making it extremely difficult to find prices. Products are also never restocked. The shelves were never fully stocked when the store opened and that has never been remedied, specifically in the drugstore makeup products, which is where I primarily shop. There are whole sections of shelf space that are empty and have never been filled with product. They never have the things I need in stock, yet I can walk into any other store and buy them without issue. The staff are nice and try to be helpful, but what can they do when there is no stock to sell?

The products are nice but nothing special, the store has alot of items in the wrong place like items that have been put back in wrong place. Also broken or damaged items on the shelves. This made picking items in price range difficult as the items are on a different shelf than the price tags. Also most items are expensive and can be bought online or at a different store much cheaper. I think if the employees could check and remove damaged items and put things back where they go it would better the shopping experience of customers.
