Not impressed at all. Went in to store looking for some skincare recommendations. I wanted Merle Norman but, a older lady was recommending her skincare products (obaji) which was not Merle Norman. Every Merle Norman I went to only sold Merle Norman didn’t know they sell other skincare lines now. Boutique was very expensive for the cheap quality they had. I will continue to shop at the mall.

This is by far one of my favorite boutiques! The best part of the boutique aside from the adorable clothes and accessories is the professional, experienced staff. Ginger is attentive, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. When I’ve needed the right item, she’s gone above and beyond to have things ready, hold them for me until I can swing by to pick them up or call me when they come in! She’s not your typical “cashier” - she’s the ultimate personal shopper and utter professional to the core. Thank you, Merle Norman for staffing top notch staff and the best finds for a boutique in Ashland!

The young lady that waited on me was very friendly and helpful.

I absolutely love this store and the staff. The owner is a very sweet lady and Ginger is so professional, sweet and knowledgeable sometimes I just stop in to chat with these ladies. I spend a great deal of money at this boutique and have NEVER experienced any kind of bad customer service. I am a GM at a local retailer and I’m sorry but when a customer goes to check out and is carrying on a loud conversation on their phone that is so unacceptable and totally rude to the employee trying to check you out. Apparently this customer that wrote that review should have bought a book on proper etiquette and manners.

Do not shop this store. I was just there purchasing for my mother who will not go out due to the current circumstances. The cashier named Ginger G. refused to wait on me because I was on the phone and it’s rude. She even walked away and started hanging clothes while I’m standing there. I was trying to get my mothers make up and spent $78. She did not have a mask on during a state mandate. Then she told me I could shop at Walmart instead!

This store has nice makeup and really cute accessories! Very good customer service here!
