I love our sparklettes delivery guy, Marques. He is so friendly and outgoing. Always helps me, even when I have an issue with the company. I love my cooler and hot water feature. My only issue with company is that they dont carry alkaline water yet. Please get it!

I live in Jefferson County. I love my water cooler. I even like my regular delivery guy. But my billing is always off and sometimes they leave cups without permission(ongoing issue off and on). Dang cups!

We live on a ranch and it is great to have the water delivered here. I love being able to use the hot water for tea or oatmeal.

Great service. Punctual. Just wish they would get better cups.

Delivery is great, but billing could be a little better. I don’t like having to check all the delivery tickets with the invoices and the bottle charges can be a pain trying to track the credits.

They really lack customer service. No communication what so ever. They missed a delivery (not the first time) took them 4 days to get back to us after 3 phone calls and being hung up on. You can never reach anyone at the Beaumont office so you have to call the 1800 number and speak to someone not even in your area. Then they have to try and fix it. It is frustrating to say the least.

Always get a courtesy call the day before delivery. The app or website is easy to use to change any of my delivery amounts, even skipping a delivery if I dont need anything.

All I know is I searched for the number to call to inquire about service, got a message to call another number, called the other number and it was just a big cluster. I never got to talk to anyone to even try their service. How about have someone answer a phone.... SMH

Our deliveries are always on time and, if we ever have trouble with a cooler, they replace it. I have our delivery persons cell phone number so I can send him a text if I need anything between deliveries.
