The quality of icreams and lemonades are hit and miss. Prices have gone up considerably (a whooping 36%). That may explain why some “aguas frescas” are getting spoiled. I used to stop by for a lemonade every day, not anymore. Chick-fil-A across the street have lemonades. The large one is the same price as the small one at La Michoacana and they do not hide the stale flavor by adding more sugar.

The best Agua de Melón, ice cream is great as well.

Wow! Was looking for an icecream shop and reading the reviews to this place i guess reflects the bad service they have by how they respond to their upset customers. Very unprofessional and i don’t like this hostile environment. Talk to your customers with respect because without them you have no business.

I went in today August 23rd to get a strawberry water bc i have had it before and i loved it but it was clearly rotten and had the worst after taste, i told the girl working there and she tried it herself and said “maybe its because its not fresh, we didn’t make it today” so i asked if i could get a different flavor and she told me yes but i was still gonna have to pay for the nasty rotten one i asked why if it was not drinkable and she didn’t know what to say so i just threw away the water infront of her and she still charged me for it. So if you want to pay for some nasty unfresh water go to la michoacana ice cream place on dowlen.

Love their chicarrones preparados, piña colada water, paletas and my personal favorite is a scoop Mexican vanilla ice cream and double chocolate. The service is always fast and friendly.

They say no mask no entry but the young woman that scoops the ice cream doesn’t wear gloves so her knuckles were scraping in the ice cream as she scooped the other patrons orders. Prices in comparison to size not good. Customer service wasn’t either. The ones up north are much better and so are the prices. I’m disappointed and disgusted.

My daughter had food poison fom eating an ice creamI call the place 3 different times just to let them know about the incident but nobody answerCheck the bubble gum ice cream.

We paid premium prices for ($9.88) 2 scoops of mint chocolate chip ice cream in a cup and 2 scoops of butter pecan in a cup. It is pretty disappointing to get ice cream that has no flavor and is like colored frozen water. It is not the good Baskin Robbins ice cream that was once in the exact location. If you like imitation flavors and water like ice cream...then this place is for you. Otherwise, find a real creamery or hit the grocery and get a tub of your favorite.

This place has lots of options, its basically lots of Mexican original favorites with many American classics. If you come here in a hurry you might be in trouble depending on what you order because some of the items are made right when you order them. The bionico is one of them since they have to chop up all the ingredients like strawberries, cantaloupe, apple,bananas,and mango! They also add your choice of yogurt granola and honey. These items are made with fresh ingredients and make everything taste likewise. If your looking for fresh ingredients, great tasting icecream and crazy treats this is your place, just remember if your pressed for time just try and order something that is already made!
